This a a new "braceria" where you choose your meat and say how you want it cooked. There are various starters with meat and vegetables but the main courses are all meat. The service was very friendly. My main criticism was a choice of only house red wine, or beer - we didn't like the "primitivo" house wine. When it came to pay they don't take credit cards.

Musta offers lots of space in a laid-back atmosphere to its guests who can choose among various courses as grilled meat, salads, pizza, pasta and a broad choice of beers to spend a lovely night out together
fresh and typical food, good suggestion for bio wine "0 km" and huge variety of beer. Nice guest and friendly atmosphere :)

A big problem in the South is the lack of "other " choices of cuisines to try.Chinese restaurants serve Italian food (or what Italians would eat as Chinese food ). So many Italians don't or won't try anything else than their own food. It's no surprise that this restaurant has taken a beating on reviews from the Italians. It's a chain of restaurants, like McDonalds but more expensive trying to bring the authentic touch of the Old Wild West. The decoration was great, a busy atmosphere and it felt like a few more staff wouldn't go a miss. Free peanuts available from the barrels a nice touch, however sweeping the shells onto to floor not very hygienic and begging for the first person to sue them for slipping on them. The half ribs were well cooked and BBQ sauce delicious together with chunky fries. My partner had the burger which was acceptable. Drinks very pricey. All in all very happy to have paid the price for something other than Italian for a change. Would return, but would pick from the menu carefully.
