Capannina Bibione Summerseason 2018: We Open from 20th May to 1th September. Restaurant and Pizza following Italian contemporary cooking style with own plates and touristic classic plates.
We decided to try this local restaurant out, but went out very disappointed. We all 4 got barbecue food. But the portions were extremely small and the meat very average. As side orders we booked 2 salads. One of these a tomato salat that were just 1 1/2 tomato sliced with nothing additional - for 4,5 EUR! Will not come back and not recommendDear Skive, I regreatful and surprised that the judge concerning your experience in Capannina is so bed, I came at your table and u informed me about your doubts concerning weight of Irish T-bone and the plating of tomato slices. As i replay to you our supply and we weigh the T-bone One by One and we no accept T-bone under 600gr weight. The T-bone are cow slices, can be thin and large or thick and small, your impression is defferent looking at them but the truth is that the weight is 600gr. Different thickness means differet way to cook it and different taste, we prefer thick T-bone because we prefer rare cooking. Irish meats are tasty, the taste can makes u confusion, may be u don't like it, but it doesn't means that the T-bone are damage. U ate all T-bone. I would like mark you didn't tell me that the meat in your opinion was average, in that case i didn't exitate to take actions becouse our goal is offer an exellent food-experience. We arrived and nobody came to greet us. We found our own seats away from the diners as we only wanted an aperitif. We would have decided on a meal from then on. Nobody came to us to take our orders despite having called a copule of them, but the just ignored us. I went to the bar but there was no barman there. Waiters were serving themselves at the bar. I followed a waiter and kindly asked him. Wewaited a further 20 mins and then my partner asked again. Eventually one waiter brought our drinks and coming up behind him was another with another two drinks meant for us. He suddenly realised and turned back with them. There was nothing else offered to us like a few crisps or nuts so my partner went back to ask for them. The waitér that was not in the same uniform as the others, presumably one of the family who owned the Havana very rudely replied that he was too busy and we had to wait. Some fries arrived when our drinks were nearly finished. We nearly felt like leaving the place without paying, but being honest people we had to wait around at the cash desk for someone to have the time for us to receive our money. Eventually we paid by credit card, but didnt get a receipt because as he told us the amount was under â¬25. I then had doubts whether he had charged us more and immediately called my bank to report this and decline any payments more than the said amount.All this was unacceptable for such a classy restaurant, and if you are not known to them for having a professional title and a large wallet, they will treat you as second class citizens.I'm sorry. I verify what happened. It does not have to happen.
