Great little Bar-B-Q restaurant with a full menu from salads to chicken fried steaks.
Great place to eat! Love their brisket and sausage. Great chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken. if you love fried pickles .....order them. You get a lot of food! Great atmosphere. Why I didn't give 5 stars is that the tables always feel sticky.

We have been family owned for over 25 years in Belton, Texas. In 2007 Staci and Ronnie Schoepf Jr. took over ownership. By 2009 the building had expanded and a concert / venue area had been added. The business is managed and ran on a daily basis by both S
Schoepf's isn't your typical Texas BBQ, it's more like something you'd find on the west coast, especially the sauce. We go there for a change of pace because we like the sweeter BBQ sauce you typically find in Texas. Schoepf's sauce is thinner and a has a little vinegar flavor. There are lots of savory sides to choose from and even a desert cobbler. Thanks try our sweet and spicy sauce next time. thanks
Dickey's catered my son's western-themed wedding rehearsal dinner on Fort Hood. A couple of months earlier, I had called to place the catering order, and the manager who took my order was polite and helpful. The manager with whom I later confirmed the order, Riyadh, was just so sweet and polite - I was so grateful to him! Pros: -Really good barbecue! (And I'm from Kansas City, so I know BBQ!) -Delivery to Ft. Hood was no problem - from the start, they said that was routine for them-Communication was effective & excellent -Delivery driver was helpful and polite -Did I mention how good the food was? Our whole wedding party was impressed! Cons: Our Dickey's up here in Missouri is NOWHERE near this good, so it just made me wish our Dickey's was as good as Kileen's.... guess I'll have to go back for more! :) Note: We did not eat in-house, but this is definitely a place I'll hit up next time I've down for a visit.

We came in between lunch and dinner. Abby was our server and was very attentive and had a great personality. She suggested a drink (alcoholic) called EastCider. It was delicious. A cross between an apple cider and beer. But much better that all the other Hard Apple Ciders. The meal was great with nice meat. We had three meat dinners each and but for a weak and not so flavorful barbecue sauce we were very pleased. Thanks Abby.
