Reviews on Barbecue food in Alghero, Province of Sassari, Italy. A rare year-round resort on the Island of Winds, Alghero makes an atmospheric destination. Occupying armies have all left their marks on the old, walled city; Italian kingdoms, Carthaginians, Phoenicians, Byzantines, Arabs and Catalans have all come and gone. Offering an irresistible combination of history, architecture, culture, stylish shopping, fine food and wine, and water sports, Alghero's cobblestone streets can be explored on foot or by bus. Don't miss spectacular sea cave, Neptune's Grotto.

Alloggi e cucina tipica sarda nel cuore della nurra di sardegna
Had a great evening here with friends. The place isn't as hard to find as many other agroturismo in Sardinia. The highlight of the meal for us was the ravioli which was just superb. The pork was also wonderful and the fresh ricotta with honey was also very good. The service was friendly and most helpful. The owner even offered to drive some of our party to Alghero when their taxi failed to show up.

Poco Loco is a multi-purpose restaurant of about 1500 mq on two floors with 200 seats located in the center of Alghero Sardinia (Italy), close by the historic district. The restaurant, on the ground floor, offers a tipical Italian cousine with grilled sea
Oblong pizza! I know - beyond belief. Not round ones like usual. These are rectangular ones. Yes, straight-edged!!!What's the world coming to? It gets worse. They're for sharing and you choose your own topping and they serve them on a board with your topping on one bit and someone else's topping on a different bit. Even the wife went to pieces when our oblong pizza arrived and offered me some of her side. It was very good even though it had anchovies and capers and was a salty as the sea. She didn't spit mine out despite it having rocket leaves as a topping. An unassuming shop front but it leads to a huge seating area with a stage and live music. We weren't allowed in the main section and had to sit in the overflow area near the front door. Just as well as the 'turn' was murdering Beatles, Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan classics. The pizzas were very good despite having a straight-edge. Service was slow.It will never take off over here. We like our pizzas round. Imagine going in Pizza Express and finding oblong pizzas on the menu. Ha!What do you mean they already do them? Really? I'll get me coat.

Visited here on our week away with our family and really enjoyed the food, the staff and service were brilliant. The only concern we had was it would have been a better experience without the grandchildren as they did not really appreciate their surroundings. We would have enjoyed it better if we had been on our own

Ate on a Monday night and it was packed. The location adds a destination feel as itâs a wonderful site to see the sunset over Capo Caccia. The food was excellent quality and really well presented and very tasty. An excellent and must visit restaurant if youâre in the Alghero area. For me it would help if there was an online booking option. During our visit the staff were really busy with phone bookings. We were lucky as we arrived just after opening without a booking.

How was the Buns project born? By way of a combination of passion and tradition, along with research and experimenting international recipes using the typical products of our native land. Three basic rules allow us to create and propose the perfect menu f
