Good New Orleans fare. Had beignets and Jambalaya. Wife had shrimp and grits. Cheese fries with gravy. Lots of Mac and cheese for the kids. Quick efficient service. Looked like a good choice at the bar too. Good place to take kids.

We enjoyed a delicious and filling dinner, and hope to come back in order to sit in the beer hall dining room, which seemed more festive. Our server was pleasant and helpful, although her estimation of how much the sausages weigh was quite incorrect...I think they weight more like 8 ounces each, not four. But we had six varieties and liked them all, especially the one with 7 herbs and the one with lamb. The sauerkraut was excellent, as was the potato salad. Two other folks had veal schnitzel, which also got rave reviews. One had the pepper sauce, which was excellent. The strudel was good. The only downside we felt was the pretzel, which was dense and just not as good as in Germany! And the spaghetti and meatballs ice cream is really not worthwhile. The beer was great of course, as was the selection.

Opened in 2003, South Philly's largest sports bar is conveniently located within walking distance to the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. This 24,000 square feet location on Packer Avenue features two huge bars and plenty of TVs including an 18' showpie
Last weekend my wife and I were part of a large family group which gathered at this sports bar and restaurant just over the Walt Whitman Bridge from New Jersey. We did not choose the location, nor would I have done so if I had been consulted in advance. The food was ok, but nothing more. Music was playing way too loud to allow for much conversation and by the next day I had partially lost my voice from having to shout to be heard over the music. Our six-year old granddaughter said afterwards that it was the best time she had ever enjoyed, so from that point of view it was worthwhile, but personally, I would not care to return here without our grandchildren in tow. Watching them enjoy themselves and each other was the most enjoyable part of the evening. The young servers were pleasant and did a nice job with all the kids. Valet parking.

Our philosophy is simple; to provide great food, exceptional value and friendly service to each and every customer we serve. This restaurant is part of the New Jersey regional Charlie Brown's chain. This one is unusual because it is in a big, old house. W
So the spot was dined in Maple Shade, NJ (closed)! The spot we discovered in Springfield, PA (closed)! Now it's a 40-minute drive to Woodbury, NJ!!! Let's start, my prime rib was excellent as it's their signature dish. Added bonus this week is the lobster tail! Their all-you-can-eat salad is an added bonus but really, how much plates of salads can you eat! The manager approached to us in such a friendly and professional manner and threw in a few jokes. Our server was phenomenal. The only minor setback was the dining area. It appears really old and sort of a moldy feeling, but I think it's just an extremely old building. However, we will definitely go back.

What a great hotel property to stay at and the restaurant has proven to be a steady winner. If the river park is open save room for dessert right outside the front door. The staff is super friendly, remember what you like to have, and add a level of comfort. Live music often and within walking distance to Old City.Thank you for taking a moment to share your review with us. We are thrilled you were impressed by our restaurant, and the Spruce Street Harbor Park! I am especially glad you found our staff friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to host you at the Keating's Rope & Anchor Bar + Kitchen, and we look forward to the opportunity to do so again in the future!

We arrived early on Monday at 11:30 for lunch. Front of place sells seafood & no one in there or supervising. Quick hands could have relieved them of some crab legs Took time to find someone who was working but finally a woman emerged who was our waitress. She was very pleasant. Maybe they just aren't used to such early guests and I hope we just caught them unprepared. The soup special of lobster bisque was served lukewarm & thick as pudding. Oysters Rockefeller were dreadful! Cheese (not hollandaise) was baked & hard on I guess over an oyster ( couldn't taste or tell) that had trace of onion, spinach & not fully cooked bacon underneath. Place was empty & cold which may explain why the food cooled considerably before making it to our table. Fried combo platter wasn't that good either. My husband got the only edible thing, chicken wings & fries. Which was literally fried chicken wings ( no sauce) & fries. At least they gave us a bottle of hot sauce. Bloody Mary was good . Will never return!!!!!

Having heard raves reviews from friends regarding this restaurant, we took our chances on a late Sunday afternoon. We had a problem finding the actual site but after finally finding our way through the winding lanes, we were quite pleasedâright on the scenic Delaware across from the Philadelphia Airport. The elegantly decorated restaurant was fullâindoors and outdoors. The indoor dining room noise level was almost deafening so we opted for the outside veranda on this beautiful, but very warm evening. While waiting for our dinner, we were entertained by a soloist with accompaniment and the arriving planes--within minutes of each other, that strangely enough were barely heard. For dinner, we shared a rather large tomato caprese as a starter. My crab cake was full of lump crab meat. My companionâs crabby delight was a mélange of seafood. We enjoyed both. The upcharge on the wine was steep but our Sauvignon blanc was worth it. All topped off by sharing a slice of key lime pie for dessert. The restaurant had adequate parking despite the crowd that evening. Try it--youâll like it.

This pub / restaurant seems very much like Cheers. Not in the look, but the warm, friendliness. This is a place for a great spot to go with friends for good food, drinks, and overall at,osphere. The variety of food, drinks, and high level quality service will have me return when in the area. I highly recommend it!
