Small and friendly bar area serving very reasonably priced drinks with comfortable, informal and friendly environment. Ten of us spent the evening here and we were impressed with the relaxed atmosphere, service and food - we ordered pizzas which were very nice. La Campana restaurant is upstairs but food is also available in the bar area and is very reasonably priced.

went here on tuesday evening 15/10/2019 and have to say the service was terrible.Table was booked for 8.15. Upon arrival we waited over 10 minutes for someone to tripping her.Got drinks order taken right away then waited around 30 minutes before food order was taken. To cut a long story short it took around 2 hours just to have the starter and main. I then had to ask someone for dessert menu and they never came back to take the order. Then had to ask someone else if we could order desserts. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse for poor service. Will not go back here. The food was good but a few things were cold as it had clearly been sitting for a while.even come and show us to our table and there was a gentleman in front of us who had waited longer. No Appology just what seemling like a manager with her face

Popped it for the alk the all you can eat breakfast. Could not fault it. More than enough to pick from. You get as much you can eat from the hot plate, toast, tea and coffee. Perfect fuelled up for morning at least. Thanks Lorraine for the fantastic review,we are so pleased to hear about your visit and hope that you will be back very soon.

Welcome to the Toby Carvery Bathgate Farm. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings - including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those
My husband and I have always enjoyed going to this Toby; it's good value and the food is good. However for the past 2 or 3 times we've been (we have never reserved a table as our decision to go has always been last minute which has always worked fine), despite the restaurant being no more than half full and no queue at the carvery we're always now told it's about a 20 minute wait. Rather than wait, we've gone to other local restaurants instead. It's a shame as we've always enjoyed this Toby.Hi Clare M, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your visit. We appreciate all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. We do put awaiting on as there are quite many tables booked on at a busy time but we try our best to give all our walk-in guests a table as soon as it is available. Hope to see you soon.

Total disgrace! Phoned to book a table for 18 for a family gathering with 7 children included. They were having trouble getting their heads around the numbers and I was trying to help them work out tables. Then I was told they were refusing my booking! I was told they think weâre going to come and cause trouble!! Was it my Glaswegian accent? Totally dumbfounded and disgusted at this treatment for absolutely no reason! The Manager has issues and needs to learn some lessons on customer service not to mention productivity for his takings! Beggars belief!!Many thanks for taking the time to review The Livingston Inn.Itâs a shame that you forgot to mention that you choose to insult our member of staff before we cancelled your booking!!Many people that know our business know how helpful and friendly our staff are - as you can see by many comments before and many guests that continue to return! As mentioned via email we where happy to discuss this further, one business owner to another, but again you choose to insult us!!Again many thanks for taking the time to review our business, have a lovely Easter RegardsLivingston Inn

Bistro19 Harburn is a family friendly restaurant that is open to the public. We serve high quality fresh produce whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We also offer a 120 seater function room with a range of party packages
There's little I can write that I've not mentioned in previous reviews. Constantly lovely meals served up with passion by the chefs using fresh produce and virtually everything homemade with choices to appeal to most palates. With lovely attentive and helpful servers there's little any one can criticise hence our regular visits and now some of our friends have followed our recommendations too. My breaded haddock with homemade tartar sauce and chunky chips and peas were delish as was my wife's scampi and sweet potato fries with salad garnish ( I forgot to photo) followed by apple and sultana crumble with a hint of cinnamon served with custard with my wife devouring her sticky toffee pudding and icecream. Situated in a rural location yet we've seen 30/40 dining here at lunchtimes and 75% of those being non golfers all appreciating good food and service.
