An extensive selection of tasty (and large) sandwiches. I think the cappuccino is the best that I have had in Viña. And to top it off, enjoy an excellent selection of beers. There are two great beers from Cerveza Austral on tap. The lager is great, and the calefate ale is even better!

Fancy Café in a quite neighborhood in the heart of the city. Large variety of different coffee specialties with strong and good 'italian' roast. Also carries good pastries and cakes.

A long time ago they used to serve here delicious pizza's, but nowadays this is just almost an upscaled fast food "chain". The pizza they serve is no Pizza. It is just soggy bread with an overload of cheese and toppings!! I must say that everything tastes fresh, but if you are gonna eat here, please forget your definition of a pizza! Waiter was very friendly and even agreed on everything mentioned above.

We went to La Flor De Chile based on a recommendation for our concierge at the Sheraton. Everything he described about the food(excellent authentic and unique Chilean fare), and the price(very reasonable), in addition to large portions, was accurate. The service, however, had a lot to be desired. Our Spanish is not the greatest, so they offered an English menu along with an interpreter so our order could be taken. The interpreter, who also works as a server, made us feel welcome and was very accommodating. It went down hill from there, and we were treated with disdain and sensed that we were not welcome there by the other servers. We are not rude people and we enjoy meeting others and treating them kindly. Iâm not sure how we made them upset with us. We did see them serving others, but we had to constantly request refills(which we still would not get), and we were largely ignored unless we made repeated attempts to communicate. To add insult to injury, a few jeers and inside jokes were directed at us, given the little Spanish we do know, we understood what was being said. Additionally, as the portions are so large, we opted to have the leftovers boxed so we could try dessert. The dessert was very good. We only received a portion of our leftovers, fortunately it was the larger portion, even though it appeared to have been dumped and shoved angrily into the containers. It was a mess. We are still in Chile, and during our stay thus far have been receiving outstanding service from the businesses and restaurants we have visited. It is an exceptionally beautiful place. The only exception thus far regarding service is La Flor De Chile. Great food, great portions, great price, degrading service. It was unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that we will not be returning. There are other options equal in quality and price all over this area, with outstanding service. And even if the price is more, we will gladly pay a premium for good service.

My wife and I visited Negro Rojo for lunch last week a couple and then for dinner twice after that. This restuarant specializes in Spanish food and it did not disappoint on either the food quality, quanity, price or service. Outstanding in every respsect. Paella is their speciality but every other dish is also very good. The restuarant is small (maybe 10 tables) and is open for lunch and had just opened for dinner that last week. It has been open for a year and based on the Spanish reviews I had read started off a bit slow, no liqour license (a perennial problem in Vina - it take months to get a liquor licence but that is another story). The lunch menu has a special for $5,000 Chilean Pesos which is about $10 Cdn. The day we had the lunch special it included a great pumpkin soup that would go for $5,000 pesos alone. It had a hint of garlic and some other spices I didn't recognize but it was great. The main course was a great meat dish. Delicious. The desert was a typical Spanish desert that was like a custard. The 5,000 peso price also included a beverage. A bargain and great food. The service was also very gracious. We had a lunch later that week and had the croquet with ham and bacon. Outstanding as well. We had one small dinner after that with 6 of us. I had the shrimp in garlic (Gamba Ajillo). Outstanding. The other guests had the pork with potatoe which was outstanding as well. The food is not Chilean as can tell right away with slightly different and sometimes unknown spices. The waiter, owner abd chef were always very gracious, humble and really nice people. The owner even introduced me to his wife. So nice. We had a big dinner last night for 11 and had the paella and other dishes. We ghad the Paella Marinera and Riojana. The first was a seafood paella with large shrimp, mussles, calamari and octupus along with the traditional rice. Heaven. The second was a meat, red pepper and chorizo paella which was equally good. The prices were less than what you would pay at a higher end restuarant in Vina but worth the price for the paella (about $15 Cdn per person). Had the Gamba Ajillo (garlice shrimp) again. Large shrimp. Outstanding. If you handle a hot dish, try the Chorizo Riojano. Heaven. Try the Spanish beer. A light tasting, nice finish. A small wine list but the Sangrai is fabulous. Not cheap wine nor sweet. The Cab Sav is outstanding for about $18. All in, a great place to visit for lunch or dinner. Outstanding food and service. The lunch special is cheap and great. The dinner should be paella but another dish will work. Our new favorite restaurant in Vina (and there is many to choose from).

Nice local Irish establishment with outside seating. We went here two times during our visit. Friendly staff. Nice selection of beers and whiskey. Nice local crowd and good speaker music playing and local crowd environment. You felt like a local. Great place to see the sunset between the buildings. Good food and always busy after 7pm. Definitely worth a visit.

The tomato burger with watercress was delicious. Thick and juicy with lots of flavor. The pesto burger with parmigiana was very good too. These burgers are huge and come with a branded A Mano top bun, we couldnât finish them and had to request a box.The potatoes are amazing. We opted for the petite portion which was more than enough for two. Served with mayonnaise, spiced oil and spices on the side so we could dip them each. They have a good choice of domestic and imported beers, wine and a full liquor bar to choose from. I highly recommend for a casual lunch or dinner.

Clean restaurant. Ample portions. Fair price. Inside or outside eating, French fries were thick cut, served hot, and tasty. Alcohol, water, soda choices. Clean bathroom. Would definitely order another burger here.
