Reviews on Bar food in Vilnius, Vilnius County, Lithuania. Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, contains one of the largest surviving medieval quarters in Europe. Included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Old Town contains almost two thousand medieval, gothic, renaissance, and baroque buildings, all centered on the neo-classical cathedral and town hall. Other popular attractions include the KGB Museum, located in a former Soviet prison, and the 13th century Higher Castle, which affords a glorious view of the city center.

If youâre looking for an authentic, but affordable restaurant in the city center, you might just have stumbled across a hidden gem. While you might be a bit reluctant to enter because of the very raw appearance, the restaurant itself is very much cozy and feels at home. The food here was great, and relatively for everyone with many vegetarian choices. The portions are big, but affordable and over all a very enjoyable experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, while also being relatively versed in English.I would very much recommend this restaurant, just be prepared to come hungry :)

Boom! Burgers has a simple goal - To bring great meat to our customers and prepare it in the best possible way
Great service, great burgers, great milkshake, great onion rings and okay french fries. Would definitely recommend if your palette is used to American casual food.

We were passing and received a warm welcome when we came in. There was a local crowd watching and enjoying Basketball on TV. A nice time to come into here. It's quite a simple place with a good atmosphere. There are plenty of beers to choose from and they are served by happy, engaged staff.A very unpretentious place to come and relax.

Don't be fooled by scruffy exterior, this is a great place to taste different kinds of Lithuanian beer, and enjoy nourishing and tasty food. Zeppelines are really huge and delicious, Zemaiciu pancakes are wonderful. Friendly stuff and funny design are memorable.

Meat Lovers Pub is a perfect place to have a good home-made hamburger or a steak. A friend of mine commented that this was the best steak outside Argentina :)
Good value for money. Food was good (pork ribs 11 euros) and beers were great. I could come here another time.

The food was great here: we had felafels, seitan wrap and the portobello mushroom. All were were tasty if a little small in portion size. The beers were good. It was pleasant sitting outside in the old city. The prices were reasonable. The main problem was the service speed. we were a large party so there was a lot of food to make but it took about an hour and a half. Unless they made the felafels from scratch, i could have prepared those dishes in 10 minutes. However, the service was also good humoured and friendly, just slow.

Great food and great service in a relaxed atmosphere. A little pricey for Vilnius maybe, but worth it. Fresh oysters, duck breast perfectly cooked, good wines. Menu not the longest, but both fish and meat. Cocktail bar with DJ and lively Friday mood downstairs, so you do not have to leave Trinity to find a party bar.

ALAUS BIBLIOTEKA (Beer library) is the conceptual beer pub-restaurant representing 60 beer styles with 15 beer taps and almost 300 bottled beers from all-over the world and food accompany different beer styles.
Good service, great beer, atmospheric surrounds, staff passionate about their product and an array of bottled beer. In spite of the large sizes (moan from a lightweight who likes 25cl measures - most low Abvâs are 50cl) we loved it. Best part of my other halfâs 50th birthday celebrations!
