Checking out the mall and stopped in to eat dinner here. Most mall restaurants are just average but this was definitely a hidden gem and the food was delicious. They do not have huge meals here. Mostly appetizers and sandwiches/flatbreads. We had an appetizer of flash fried brussels sprouts with honey glaze on top that was amazing. Potato soup was thick and very tasty. Everything was obviously homemade. The Hawaiian flat bread was delicious. The atmosphere was trendy and fun. I would definitely like to visit here again and try some of the other food.

I ate at Peppers recently with a party of 12. They did well at bringing out everyone's food within a short time. The portions were generous and the only complaint that I heard was skimpy portion of meat on a Reuben sandwich. My sister wanted clam chowder and the waiter offered to heat some if there was leftovers from the previous days. They did and she enjoyed some chowder. Thanks for your review. Large tables are a challenge sometimes. I'm glad my staff made it work for you.

The Pedalin' Pig in Boone, NC, offers everything from fall-off-the-bone ribs to mouth-watering pork belly tacos. Our concept is simple, we combine gourmet ingredients with a splash of High Country style. Our menu is aimed to please, we have items for meat
A fun casual restaurant near the Hampton Inn. We had a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. Very reasonable, good food. My husband had the Baby Back Ribs & I had the Jerk Chicken tacos. Very enjoyable & attentive staff.

Excellent place for lunch with fresh and yummy burgers and some good vegetarian options. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck which is dog friendly. Mckinsie, our server, was friendly and professional. The Bloody Mary was good but needed a veggie garnish.Use caution in the hillside parking lot.

Went for lunch on a Saturday, waited 20 minutes for a table which wasnât bad. Craft beer and food options were good. Problems we had were slow food and beer service and bad food. We ordered the meatloaf sandwich, burger, cheesesteak, salad with shrimp, flounder sandwich and Cuban sandwich. We waited around 50 minutes for the food. Most of it tasted bad and some was even cold. The childrenâs plates were supposed to come sooner than the adults which apparently meant 45 seconds. There was no apology from any staff member about the wait. I cannot recommend this place. slfood Stefanie,I apologize that you left with such a negative feeling about our hard working team.We take all reviews very seriously and when I see one as uncharacteristic and damaging as the one you left I take immediate action to determine the facts. After reviewing all of the tickets from lunch on Saturday I was able to locate the 3 tickets from your visit based on the list of items that you provided in your post. I also talked directly to your server, Hannah (who happens to be one of our Senior Shift Managers), to the Manager on Duty (Kristen) and several other staff members that were on duty at the time.If we make a mistake we live up to it and do our best to make it right, however, in this case I see no errors nor do I see anything that would warrant such a negative review. I ask that you remove it, however, I understand if you elect not to.I did want to respond with the following account of what actually took place based on our records, what my staff relayed to me.12:55 â your party was sat on our Pub side right next to the door12:58 â you were greeted by your server, Hannah 13:06 â Hannah entered your initial order of the Cauliflower Appetizer, the Artichoke Dip & Chips and the Kidâs Mac & Cheese with Apples along with a couple of beers13:09 â Beers arrived and Hannah was ready to take the Adult orders but two of your party were not at the table as one was apparently attending to an unhappy childOnce Hannah was able to get the rest of the orders they were entered into our system.13:20 â Kids plates and appetizers arrived13:35 â remaining items were deliveredOne couple in your party had to leave as their child was not happy so we boxed their food at their request. There was actually a beer already ordered and poured for one of those that had to leave so we removed it from the bill and had to pour it out.Several times your table was visited by Hannah and Kristen and there was never an indication that there were any issues.14:07 â the check was split into 3 different checks as requested14:16 â everyone signed their checks, leaving Hannah $26 in tips (Thank you)14:29 â Hannah finalized the transactions14:35 â That table was cleaned and ready for the next guestsI am still totally at a lost as to why our efforts to serve your group resulted in an âAvoidâ comment. We are human and we do make mistakes but I certainly could not find one here. Hannah is quite upset as she felt that she bent over backwards and even commented that she shared some laughs with you party as she also has a young child that can be a challenge at times. We simply do not believe that your review is a true indication of what actually occurred and sincerely apologize if that is how you left feeling about your experience with us.If there is any doubt to my or my teams' commitment to providing exceptional service to each guest that visits us, regardless of the challenges that some quest present, then please ask my good friends Joel and Andrew at Four Saints about me and Boondocks Brewing.I do hope that you visit with us again soon and that you next experience will redeem your trust in us.At your service,Gary â Founder [email protected]

We arrived for lunch about 11:00 last Sunday. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We each ordered a custom hamburger and fries. Our burgers were good, not spectacular. The fries were very good. We were able to get in and out quickly, and our meals were reasonably priced. Overall we enjoyed a pleasant lunch.

We were directed here by the host at Buffalo Tavern B&B and we were so glad she did. We sat outside on the terrace during a beautiful evening. The food was delicious and the service was great. We even took advantage of the discounted wine Wednesdays. The owner even came out and introduced himself and chatted for awhile.First, let us say thank you for taking out the time to write a review on the Hotel Tavern! We love to get feedback on the restaurant so again, thank you! We were very pleased to hear your dining experience with us was an enjoyable one. We pride ourselves on a clean restaurant that is run professionally all while serving quality food. Next time you stop by, make sure to say hello to one of the owners again! First night in the area and wanted to try a local joint. Only about a 30 min wait on a Saturday night for a patio table. Waited 10-15 min before we were greeted by our server. Brought waters timely but due to the long wait for him to get to us we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The manager brought the drinks which had been sitting at the bar, beer was warm and my wifeâs drink had zero ice because it melted. I had the salmon dish which was a great one. Cooked just right and the veggies were sautéed well. Daughter had the shrimp tacos âthey were okay but I wouldnât suggest themâ she indicated they were dry and only came with black beans. My wife wasnât real hunger and ordered an app pick two with hummus and spinach artichoke dip. The dip was okay and the hummus was tasteless. Not an overall good food result and the server was worse then the food. It did look as if there were good servers working that took good care of their tables but we pulled the short straw and got a very poor one. The patio was comfortable and environment solid but we wonât be going back.

Was not happy with our visit. Waitress told us one thing and the complete opposite happened, ruining our ability to sit and enjoy our meal. Wife ordered chicken salad sandwich but it was not edible due to the large amount of grisle in it. Also, the portion was very small and not seasoned. As far as my meal and my daughters order, they were fine.I will not go back to this establishment. Maybe will try out their other one in the Charlotte area and actually order their pizza.
