Inquisition Burger was amazing. 20 beers on tap and they rotate new ones in. Diverse rural crowd, many locals. If it is not too hot the patio is nice to sit and eat/drink. Only complaint is that it is super musty/moldy inside. If not for that I think this would be my go to local bar.
The decor looked like it could be good but this place is a noisy bar with pool and foosebal tables in the dining area.Beer selection was good but the food was poor. Waitress sevice was poor and she really did not care what we thought of the food.Go for the beer, not the food!

Sat out on patio very pleasant. Good service. Menu is the same as Marshalton Inn. Disappointed in the mushroom soup, lacked enough mushroom flavor. not up to lo al standards. Clam chowder special very good. Pear salad and range house salad very good. Enjoyed the coffee and multiple refills.

Wife asked, "Are your fries spicy ? " are your ribs spicy? Answer no and no. Fries arrived covered with pepper. Ribs blackened, spicy and over cooked. Complained about fries, replaced by mashed potatoes. Bill arrives. Charged $2.50 for mashed potatoes and $6.00 for draft beer which was not ordered. Complained to waiter. New bill arrives beer removed, potatoes charge still there. Gave up and paid anxious to get away from this crazy place.

Our granddaughter lives in Thorndale and we went to visit her for lunch and she recommended going here. We are glad she did. We got there just after opening and there was just the bartender there but he was terrific. The selection of beers is amazing. Hubby had a German beer and granddaughter and I had a cocktail. It was super yummy with a selection of fruit liquors. Hubby had the pub sliders with fries, I had the taco salad and granddaughter had the pizza flatbed. We were all very pleased with our food and would gladly go back again.

A local restaurant that has been under the same ownership for as long as I can remember, continues never to disappoint. My neighbor and I went there for a Friday night and found out that the special was Prime Rib. Very nice, mature server added to the evening. The meal was exceptionally good throughout. Prime rib was cooked to perfection and the price was very reasonable. I have to add that the fire in the wood burning fireplace added to the ambiance.

Ate here with three friends early on Saturday bday evening. The room is small and if there are even a small number of people at the bar it gets very loud. By the end of our dinner we were practically screaming to hear each other. The food was good pub food. Friends ordered the poutine, wings, a burger, and the kimchi Rueben All were well prepared and enjoyable. I had the fish tacos which were very good. The failure of the evening was a plantain, chocolate, cashew concoction that was inedible. Plantains were not ripe and the dish was served cold. Our server took it off the bill. The place would be much improved with some soundproofing.
