This was my second visit with a large group of co-workers in a month. Service was prompt and food was delicious. I had the seared halibut which was cooked to perfection. My co-workers and I agree you cannot get a bad meal here.

Featured on the Travel Channel, this classic Reading landmark has been serving up plenty of fun and peanuts since 1924. Great American cuisine ranging from casual to gourmet. Voted "the Best in Berks" in numerous categories. Chosen 1 of USA TODAY's Top 10
We ate here Saturday night for Mother's Day. Our grandchildren love it since you can throw the peanut shells on the floor. This place has been around for 95 years. The food is always good. I never had anyone eat here and complained about the food. Great people that work there as well. I would always recommend this place.

We've eaten there several times however I usually take out as I live close by. Typical bar food but very tasty with large portions. The wings are the best! Not a huge place, but a nice place to meet with friends. They are closed on Mondays.

Small place but comfy when we were seated. Our service was very slow. Like slow motion. There was no sense of hospitality that we could feel. Our food was good when it finally arrived, but it was definitely not hot. That must have been part of why it took a long time. Then the dreaded wait for the check. The value would be fair if the other things fell into place.

At Chatty Monks Brewing Company, our story is quite simple. Our business was born out of five friends with one thing in common: the need to make exceptional craft beer. Named as one of the Top 50 brewpubs nationwide and Top 10 in the Northeast by CraftBee
My partner and I shared two beer flights, so we were able to try most of what was on tap. Everything we tried was very good, either an interesting, distinct flavor profile or a strong take on a particular style. My favorites were the Double Race Against Time (milkshake IPA), which had a great texture and pleasant citrus flavor, and the The Morning Pint (American amber/red), which had a wonderful hoppy/grassy finish. The food was also quite good! We split the fish and chips and and order of Sriacha ranch wings, both very good. I'm always a bit wary of ordering fish and chips on the east coast, it seems to be very hit or miss in terms of quality, but the fish and chips at Chatty Monks are a definite hit--great flavor and texture on the breading, and the fish itself was incredibly tender and moist. Everything we saw other tables ordering also looked great, definitely worth checking out.

In the reading area for Family vacation and wife and I try to select a different place to eat each night. At the recommendation we came to coastal Grill. the place is nice and welcoming. Initial vibe is high $ but that not the case. The wife and I got the fish and chips and Jambalaya. Meal was good. The Jambalaya had alot of pasta, wish the other pieces of the makeup were larger. Wife said the fish and chips has too much breading. Side note about tv star. the wife looked up and said I've seen this man before. Turns out it was Michael Constantine. We did not interrupt his meal. was just kind of neat.ronaldbyram, thanks for the wonderful review! So glad to hear that you gave us a try and that we didn't disappoint. Expect things to be great each & every time you walk through our doors. It's pretty cool when we have celebrities at any of our locations and we thank you so much for not interrupting his meal. We hope to see you again next time you are in town. Sincerely, Pete DiCarlo. Director of Operations/Owner.

We had our yearly meeting at Reading today and ate at Malibooz for lunch. They handled our group of 30+ well and all of the food came out at the same time which was nice. Everyone was happy with the service and the food. There were many pilots and a few locals in there enjoying the meals. I had the same thing I had last year a Cuban sandwich which did not disappoint. The wraps looked great as did the hamburgers. No complaints, I am surprised it is ranked so low.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, tasty food, extensive menu. This was our first visit on a recommendation from a friend and we loved it! They were crowded on a Weds evening, good idea to make a reservation. They have specials each night of the week and lots of regular items to select from. Our waitress, Amy, did a fantastic job explaining the various tequila flights and selections to the novices in our group.

I have been to Dino's on several occasions, but this meal was not as good as on my previous visits.I was disappointed to discover they are now serving Coca-Cola products, I used to enjoy Mountain Dew or Orange Crush with my meal. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with well done bacon and a small order of french fries. The bacon was well done without being burnt, the roll was soft and tasted fresh, the burger was cooked well and was juicy. The french fries (unfortunately) were definitely reheated, and although they give you plenty of fries to eat, I just did not want them. I did not ask for replacement french fries because I was afraid it would take too long to get new ones and the roads were getting slippery from an ice storm that started while we were there. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always friendly, and I am happy to see people can enjoy a beer with their meal.
