We stayed here in the beginning of July for 3 nights. We traveled with two children ages 9 and 11. Rooms are super tiny and very basic. Rooms are clean and well maintained for the "rustic" style. It is more of a hipster style place. The first floor is a restaurant/bar which is frequented by locals. It has a very warm atmosphere and we felt comfortable with our kids being here.

We just try to enter the bar few mins ago, but we got stopped on the way in, asked to order first. Asking the lady at the counter if there are seats next to the windows, she insisted on ordering first. Asking again, she suggested we choose if there are seats, but again we order first... Funny, because at first I was not upset, I just assumed that it was a language issue, but later it become clear that is not. Very very bad service attitude, especially for Japan. The seats was not enough for 3 people ti sit together, and we had to wait and ask the waiter to come and clean the.onlt set at the window....Also, this is CASH ONLY bar, so make sure you have it...

Having stayed at several Mandarin Hotels, expectations are always high. This spot impresses with its subtle, elegantly modern interiors. My partner and I had tea and scones. In the middle of ginza, you find a little cheap drinking place but not cheap in atmosphere. Really enjoyable for friends and family!

Came here for lunch. Set menu was nice. Beef was very tender n the small site dishes came in the form of a tower. Food taste good. The view is breath taking. Did not go to the tower after wards cause hv seen the toyko view from here.

I arrived shortly after 3pm , opening time , already busy. I was on my own , I was placed next to the kitchen door sitting at the bar , very uncomfortable , kept getting bumped by waiting staff , I asked if i could move other seats were available I was told No. I drank my beer which was OK & left.

Great bar, supposedly the oldest western bar in Tokyo (since 1880) but surprisingly with very few if any westerners. We had the signature Denki Bran snaps:ish and a beer. Great place to hang out In a completely in-fancy way! PS: You order and pay at the entrance to get vouchers, then find a place and you are served.

Stopped by after visiting the Pagoda of Senjosi around the corner. The lady who owns the restaurant is so friendly! She was telling us about her recent move back to Japan from New York. Great lunch proportions and drink menu. No waiting either!
