Came with my Sassy Sisters for Brunch. How wonderful. The venue is miserable and light. Great service met owner Jeff Salerno and his young daughter Juliana was a perfect hostess. The selections were bass, tech, eye appealing and tastes fantastic. We also met chef James and tastes meats he cooked and carved for us. It was our first time, but we felt like we were special guests. Another favorite are the water carafe. We suggested they sell them . There is a separate bar with 3 tv's. Live entertainment 3 nights a week. They have large parking lot. Note I returned 2 weeks later with daughter, son in law and our pup Bailey. We were seated outside. We were visited by owner and Chef James. Vegetarian and Gluten free options. In the previous Charlie Brown site. Note

Really great food and super atmosphere. The appetizers are awesome (try the bleu chips and the tots with bacon - Yum!) The tots are like deep fried mashed potato balls. So delicious! Had the buffalo wings too. Very good. Really good sandwiches - Chicken with pesto really good, as were the Street tacos. Had the cookie for dessert. Good but aps and mains were better. (Cookie was cakie and not chewy enough.) Good selection of drinks, beer, and especially the wine selection. Service was punctual and people were very nice. I really liked the vibe of the place and the interior. Upbeat, modern, and fun. They just finished the patio which looks cool too. Hats off to the chef and manager. Nice job with menus and the food. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you for such great feedback! Glad you were able to enjoy some of our most popular apps and sandwiches! Don't forget to follow us on social media and stay updated with our many events lined up, and as well as updates on all of our beers & delicious food!

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.
This place has been my go-to choice for years now. Whether with family, children, friends, a date, Houlihan's always delivers and always at a reasonable price. A drink and an appetizer - no problem; a quick take-out - they got you; a delicious hot meal free of charge for your birthday - Houlihan's way. I've gone plenty of times and will go back again in a heartbeat...maybe tonight! So glad to hear you're a HouliFan! Thanks for the kinds words, and we look forward to serving you again soon. - Ag

3 of us, all ordered different meals. One liked the chili, I ordered the French onion soup and Greek salad. Both in my opinion were ok, not outstanding. Service seemed OK, not overly attentive.

This place has a good college vibe along with decently priced drinks. We stopped in for a quick drink after dinner. Inside it needs to be remodeled, the bathrooms are gross and dingy it gives off the dirty college dive bar vibe.

Clydz is a lovely restaurant that offers delicious food and excellent service. We totally enjoyed their Bison hanger steak, roasted chicken, Amberjack fish and lamb shank entrees which all came with a delicious salad. Reservations are definitely a must on the weekends.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and quiet where you can actually enjoy the people you are with. The service was exceptional. If I had to say something bad about this place it would be have another item on the menu for those that don't eat the unusual kind of foods... We went with family and there were 2 in our party that didn't like an ingredient or two in the selection, so they ordered a salad and a burger. I would love to see maybe an another chicken dish for someone like that. I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed.

THere are two Stage House Taverns = same ownere. One in Scotch Plains, NJ is on tripadvisor, the Somerset one is not.
Hadn't been back to this restaurant in a long while, so was not expecting the significant changes to decore & menu. It was a Saturday evening, so it was busy & noisy, but service was very good. The menu was extensive enough to please 3 generations of eaters, portions & food quality were awesome.
