I have lived in Sarasota for 40 years. I believe Connors is the best restaurant in the area. The food is consistently fabulous, very large portions and the service great and the staff friendly and accommodating.Today I had grilled chicken on mashed potatoes and served with broccoli. My friend had shrimp and grits and said it was THE BEST she ever had.As a bonus the owner was there today, Bo Connor. He spent at least 20 minutes visiting with us at our table. Very impressive. The cappuccino was excellent. I only wish I could have been able to eat their homemade ice cream. One scoop feeds 3 or 4, very generous portion. We both had enough leftover for another meal.I never get tired of Connors! Thanks for the glowing review!

You find yourself wandering into Siesta Key Village after an epic day on the #1 Beach in the USA. Sandy feet and salty skin, searching for shade and refreshment. You wander right into Gilligan's Island Bar & Grill and you couldn't have picked a better spo
We are locals and love Gilligansâs happy hour sometime timing our visit to listen to their Tuesday/ Thursday cover band RPM. Such was the case last Thursday when we took friends there. Unfortunately their four hour set beginning at 6 normally results in 2 hours of combined music as their sets start always start late and end early with 20 to 30minutes breaks in between. They are notorious about it at Gilliganâs. However, Management at their other weekly local venues that employ them on a weekly basis have caught on and seem to have more discipline over them then this establishment. So we will catch them in other Sarasota venues and Nokomis rather than return to this establishment.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants. The seafood is always fresh and prepared well. There is plenty of parking. Dining can be inside or outside. The menu has great variety. Daily specials are offered as well as adult beverages. Customer service is wonderful!

Nice little hole in wall fun location. Not a huge selection of beers but adequate and the bartender very beer knowledgeable. No complaints what so ever on the menu. sampled much and enjoyed tremendously. Downside may be the parking as it's slightly limited sharing a small parking lot with the attached businesses in the small building

My husband was reading the Newspaper and saw an article about this bar, who gave the money that people put on the walls to charity, so we thought weâd check it out. Atmosphere, food and drinks were great. We both had the grouper tacos. Zach was our waiter, he was very nice. Very busy place, but taken care of! Good choice! We're so glad that you enjoyed your experience! Thank you for the review.

Minutes away from Siesta Key Beach is another island paradise. But instead of golden beaches and blue waters, we're offering ice-cold margaritas and fresh Baja cuisine. Coming from down the street or across the world, you can expect to feel at home when y
My friend and I stopped in here for drinks while waiting for my mom and aunt. My friend just got a rum and coke, I got a margarita. It was very weak and tasted more watery than like strawberry like I'd ordered. My mom and aunt came and got drinks. My aunt's margarita was way better than mine. My mom got chips with a dip trio of guac, salsa, and queso which was pretty good. As soon as my mom and aunt's drinks were served, the server disappeared for at least 20 minutes despite her walking past us and us trying to flag her down.HI Christie! Thank you so much for leaving us a review, we are so sorry we were unable to correct your drink while you were dining with us. Guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we are sorry we missed the mark during your visit. We hope you will give us another try the next time you are in Siesta Key. Thanks so much! Siesta Key, Florida: sandy beaches, blue skies, and even bluer water. This is the paradise we call home and the place where we serve locals and tourists from around the world. At The Cottage, we're inspired by our eclectic range of customers. That's why w
Reading the menu made me hungry even before we arrived. Loved all the options. The waiter was excellent...friendly, informative and humorous! I had the tempura shrimp with edamame salad, truffle fries and guava slaw...delish! My brother had the ahi tacos and truffle fries and said they were wonderful and some of the best that he had tried and he travels a lot! My husband had the forbidden salmon. We split the special lemon mascarpone cake with chocolate cherries on the side! Please note that we thought the restaurant was hard to find at night. The sign is hidden by the thatch roof in the front although it adds to the ambiance. I ended up calling the restaurant to find them. Valet parking is best there. My husband wants to return! Great place to have tapas! Hello! We are so glad you found us and enjoyed the "vacation for the palate" we were able to provide you with. Our staff loves hearing the kind words from our amazing guests and I will be sure to share your review with them! We offer complimentary valet 7 days a week beginning at 4 pm right past the Hub Baja Grill, and The Cottage, located right next to our sister restaurant The Summer House. We look forward to having you back to dine with us. Cheers! Katie Spelman-Operational Assistant

Conveniently located in St. Armands Circle, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar is minutes away from Lido Key, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. Ideal for lunch, dinner or happy hour, it features a second-story dining room with sweeping sunset vie
Had lunch after strolling around St Armands on a Sunday. Had Cuban something drinks which were refreshing and fruity, goat cheese appetizer, the highly recommended coconut shrimp, the Thai seafood bowl was a bit small for the price and features basmati rice (rather than Thai jasmine ?), I had the Cuban sandwich, which was only ok, the bread was very hard.

Relax and Unwind at Turtle Beach Grill! Open daily at 11AM featuring your favorite appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees along with your favorite beverage. Our Tiki Patio Deck features Gulf of Mexico breezes and is the perfect way to unwind. Our menu
The food was pretty good here but I thought some of it was a little pricey. Our waitress was really good and made several good recommendations on the food for us. We had fried pickles (excellent), calamari, mahi-shrimp combo, burger, grouper sandwich, chicken alfredo.
