Went for lunch, food prep was slow. Good burgers, fish fry fair, also wraps, wings, and pizza. Sports bar atmosphere (Chicago and Milwaukee) with TV's. Friendly service. Went back for late nite drinks too. Place a tad tough to fine, small driveway entrance on north side of 70, then turn north and go a block into woods. Worth it for lunch. Clean upper Wisconsin pub feel. Dress casual. Thanks for stopping in! We hope to see you again!

Stopped here yesterday. The fish tacos are very good! Just the right amount of remoulade sauce on top and not to spicy. I'm not a spicy person. The sauce added just what the tacos needed. They also have a vegetarian quesadilla. My husband had the bourbon burger. He enjoyed his meal very much. You will need extra napkins for the burger.

Sisterâs Saloon is one of Saint Germainâs oldest establishments, offering some of the best food and drinks around! This business began life as the Peacock Lodge in 1922! The owner, Cherie âCher Bearâ Anderson is a Northwoods Native. She grew up in the Say
We had lunch here on our recent snowmobile trip to the area. As we no longer eat meat, sometimes dining in the Northwoods can be a challenge so was happy to find a veggie sandwich on the menu and even more happy with how delicious it was!!!!

We came in on a Monday night and were happy to see the special was deep dish pizza. We had heard about this place from locals who raved about how buttery and crispy the deep dish was. I am not a deep dish pizza fan, but this one knocked it out of the park!!! Our group of 8 also had a regular pizza which was also good. For a Monday night they were busy! Sign of good food!

Stillwaters has great bar food prepared by people who care, and the staff/owners are hospitable and very friendly. I am obsessed with the pizza burger, which is two fresh sausage patties with melty mozzerella and marinara - not going to win a health award, but absolutely delicious. Great little deck for eating outside if you want.

Walked into Blink Bonnieâs at 7:15 on a Thursday night prepared to wait two hours to be seated. We were told they were accepting no more names for the list. We headed to Fibberâs and we were seated immediately. I had the ribeye and it was a great steak!!! My wife had the broiled walleye. Great portion, cooked perfectly. Given that Fibberâs has way upped their steak quality, why sit around forever at BBâs? Youâll be happy, spend less and be out of Fibberâs in time to get some fishing in before dark.

Fantastic Old Fashioned's in a tub glass that would have made my dad proud. The cheese curds are average cheese curds that you can find anywhere but what sets these apart if the house made ranch dressing- wowza! Although we didn't get either on this visit, the Duck Wontons and the warm Krab Dip are worth diving into and shouldn't be missed. The Chicken Marsala is made with a velvety, smooth and creamy sauce. The Marsala flavor was delicate but present and served over a bed of pasta; the chicken was charbroiled and cooked nicely- all together it was delicious and decadent. My guy had the Tournedos- on the menu it said it was prepared with mushrooms, onions and garlic. What it didn't say was that it was also prepared with red wine...Tournedos can be prepared with a wide variety of sauces and to have this was a bit unexpected. Although the steak was tender, the red wine over powered the taste of the mushrooms, onions and garlic. He did eat a large portion but he didn't love it and would have ordered something else had he known about the wine. It's just not a flavor he cares for. (I tasted it myself and agreed with his POV- wine is all I tasted and in took over the entire dish). All that being said, Clearview is a wonderfully charming place, with fantastic service and good food. We only wish we had known about the wine in the preparation of the meat.

The thing thatâs great about this area is that itâs hard to find a bad meal. Food here is not so gastronomically imaginative, but decent and decently price. As we had pizza the night before, we opted for the dinners (although the passing pies looked and smelled delicious). My cod was very flavorful and served surrounded by a wreath of curly parsley-something I hadnât seen in ages. My friend had the ribs. He gave them a solid thumbs up, and from the little heâd let me have, they were tender and thickly sauced. Meals also included a salad bar, which was mostly an array of classic prepared ones - cukes in sweetened vinegar, bean salads, etc - all very homestyle and tasty.Hereâs the rub, though - I fished a big piece of hard plastic out of one of the salads, about an inch long. In addition, my friend found a hair in the ribs. It kind of put a damper on what was otherwise a good meal in a cute (if a little remote) location.

Met friends here for a Friday Fish Fry. We were immediately seated and ordered the very reasonably priced drinks. Two of us had fried shrimp which were large with a nice breading and a baked potato, one had perch with fries which he declared as great and my husband had the Friday Fish-fried COD and loved it. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. They have several big tables for large groups. Check on line for their specials.

My husband ordered the cheeseburger and I ordered the fish sandwich. My fish sandwich was amazing. It came with coleslaw and fries or cucumber salad. I ordered the salad, but it came with fries, which they immediately rectified. I would rate this 4.5, but don't know how to. I would go back again if in the area.
