I was visiting for work and my colleagues took me here for a quick lunch. This is the best version of fast food. They had three dally menu options with wholesome ingredients and a Chilean touch. We stopped here after a cruise around South America...Lots to look at on the walls, very neat atmosphere.....Our server helped me choose just the right beer for me and very patiently explained all the different burgers on the menu, of which there was a lot..Service was great, beer and hamburger were wonderful...So glad we stopped here..simplemente dar las gracias por fijarse en cada detalle que tenemos para nuestros cliente, sobre todo que la comida haya sido de su agrado... espero que cuando esten siempre en chile pasen por uncle fletch

Such a lovely oasis above this hip, congested part of the city. They had an extensive cocktail list and our group of five all enjoyed our choices. Nice view, great ambiance. A small restaurant in the Lasstario neighborhood near downtown, self proclaimed Pisco enthusiasts, did a terrific job presenting the menu as well as the history and traditions of Pisco. The mainly Peruvian and Chilean menu was quite extensive. I had the braised short ribs which were fabulous. This used to be one of my favourite places. However, lately the burgers are pre-cooked, unacceptable given the (fairly high) price. We went to flannerys to watch the super bowl and I was extremely impressed with the quality food, atmosphere, and level of service that we received. The prices were reasonable but even more importantly, our waiter, Mati, was incredibly nice and completely on top of his game. He got everything out quickly and never went MIA, always available to make sure we had everything we needed. That was my first time at Flannerys but it won't be my last! Good food, good prices, and delightful service. Try the IPA and ask for Mati's section!Thanks for visiting us! We hope to see you soon! :)

My husband and I came here while in Santiago, Chile and were extremely impressed with the food, the beer and the service. We were served by Deyvis and he was so great - spoke really good English and was extremely helpful. He took the time to read through the menu for us as it was in Spanish and tell us things to do around Chile. He also went out of his way to ensure we knew where we were going.
