We visited the restaurant with 5 adults and 2 kids - the table was reserved for 7 pm.We ordered different local dishes and received very good quality of food - unfortunately we received a very bad customer service attitude by the âChef de Serviceâ . Short after finishing our food while we were still drinking our drinks we were asked to order more otherwise we should leave the table very soon. All of us were surprised about the attitude as we would not expect this by SWISS Hospitality standards.We would recommend the restaurant for the quality of food but would not recommend the approach and attitude for customer service and customer loyalty.Thank you very much for your review!We are very glad to read that you have had a wonderful stay at the Pitschna Scena. A quiet corner on the main floor of the Chesa Rosatch. Not many chairs but a nice setting. Live music offered occasionally on Wednesday nights. The perfect start to a dinner in one of the three Chesa Rosatchs dining rooms.

Finally this lovely building has been refurbished and converted into a lovely restaurant with a lot of atmosphere. The staff was very committed and extremely friendly and attentive.
