We stopped here for a refreshment after touring the island. Great Martini selection and some local beer and wine. The appies were nice but we did not eat from the main menu. We had a great experience here two nights in a row. The servers were fun, energetic and outstanding. Thanks Cam. The food was delicious and the doughnuts are a must to share with your group for dessert. Excellent musical evening entertainment provided by Tom Hooper when we were there. Tom, it was a pleasure to meet you and hear your God given talent.

Two of us had burgers, one had the quesadilla daily special. All of them were delicious (we traded bites). The chicken had been perfectly grilled before being put into the burger and quesadilla. Wow! What flavour!Lots & lots of fries which arrived hot and tempting. We left some so we could indulge in the amazing ginger spice cake with caramel sauce. The fries-sacrifice was worth it.In short: one of the best quesadillas we've had in ages. Plus an excellent dessert.We look forward to going back there.

This is a small but excellent alternative on Salt spring Island that should not be overlooked. Part of the Salt Spring Island Golf and Country Club, the restaurant is open for simple breakfasts, all the way through prime rib dinners on the weekends. Great standards like grilled cheese sandwiches, a truly decent burger and an extremely tasty Caesar Salad means there is something for everyone. This simple establishment also boasts one of the last "hot dog machines" (a little carousel behind glass that rotates the dogs at a suitable temperature) on the island - great for a really fast meal! Always something interesting on tap too for the beer lovers. Sit and relax on the deck with a cold one and watch the duffers slug it in from the 9th hole. A great Salt Spring experience.

The food and beer were great but what impressed me most, was the staff. From the bartenders to the wait staff, everyone was pleasant, attentive and helpful. Not knowing anything about Salt Spring Island, they gave us directions and recommendations. We liked it so much we cam back twice during our three day stay.
