Visited during a busy Sunday lunch session and the food was pretty disappointing to be honest... Burger was served missing cheese, which was quickly rectified. However, bacon on said burger was barely cooked - it might have touched a fry pan for 5 seconds, but that's about it. Hard pass.Good venue and reasonable service and prices though, so worth another shot one day.

Welcome to The Pickled Duck. A place to meet on the park, enjoy a meal with friends and have a ducking great time. Be spoilt for choice by our premium range of craft beers, spirits and wines while our friendly staff wet your wings with the delicious menu.
A lovely building, great restaurant setting, but oh so let down by food options. Pizzas and burgers the main food choices, and these were ordinary, small, not even accompanied by chips. Ordered a BLT sandwich, that was a kid size serve no chips. Pizzas didnât look too bad. But only small size. Good coffee. Hopefully the managers of this establishment will look at better food options and fill those empty seats. Donât both unless u only want a snak type eat. Could do so much better. Booked a table for 8 people. Night was a complete shambles. Orders took over an hour to come out, except for 1 meal which was brought out after 30 minutes. This meal was finished before any of the others came out obviously. It was also missing a side which we had paid for. When meals came out, they were cold. We complained, but didnât want to return them as we were starving so we reluctantly ate it. 2 people on the table received free drinks to compensate, but nobody else did.We then never received our cheesy bacon bread so we told a staff member. She said sheâd follow up but then never came back. We then finished our meals and table was being cleared so I told the manager that we still never got it and just wanted our money back, which she did do for us.Apparently the reason for the shambles was because they were short staffed and had a new girl taking orders. I find this odd as it was a Tuesday night and not busy (Max 10 tables) and there were constantly 4 wait staff standing at the kitchen waiting to take meals out. Kitchen also had 3 cooks, which seems sufficient for the amount of people in the bistro.Really disappointing night and unfortunately will not be returning any time soon.Hi,Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apologise about the issues you experienced, and we hope to make this right. if you can contact me on 79696603 or [email protected] so i can rectify this issue. Below average pub grub. Unhealthy, overpriced meals. I had a chicken snitzel which was supposed to have additional toppings however mine was just covered in cheese. Very poor, clearly processed chicken covered in cheap tasteless cheese.Salad bar was awful, old food obviously left over from lunch(or longer).Very noisy venue, avoid, thereâs lots better food options close by.

Had lunch specials, I had the rump steak with garlic prawns $20. Steak was very small. Prawns were lovely. My son had salt & pepper squid. Was actually the worst we have ever tried. Overcooked, and again very small serve. Salad & vege bar was nice. Lunch comes with dessert...again a very very small serving of sweets. Disappointed.

We visited the Community Club and its restaurant on a Friday for lunch. As on previous occasions the soup and salad bar offered plenty of choice and quality. After ordering from the menu, it is self-serve from a choice of two soups and hot vegetable dishes, as well as a variety of salads, sauces and pickles. The staff are friendly and mostly cheerful, even when they are very busy, which is most lunch times. This venue has won the 'Club of the Year' Award several years in succession. Recently they upgraded some of their facilities, with good results. We find this place convenient, friendly, reasonable and of very acceptable and constant quality when coming for lunch. We will definitely keep coming.

What can I say, the schnitzels are good, but the salad is ALWAYS wilted and horrible. They must make then in the morning and use them all day. Luckily, I couldn't give a you-know-what about the salad leaves, bring back lovely ice berg lettuce I say! Chips are good as well. Thanks for your feedback Warren, I will pass it on to the kitchen team

Iâve eaten here a couple of times now and they have great quality food with unique variations to standard pub meals. Staff are very friendly and accommodating too. Excellent selection from the salad bar (including potato bake). Playground and video games available for the kids too. Also in the entertainment book.

The family decided to go out for dinner, I decided to go to roulettes because I have never been there but heard the rump steak was really good. We all ordered the rump steak and we're not disappointed. The steak was cooked as we asked and was very tender. I won't hesitate in going back there and recommend you give it a go, you'll love it. There was also a live band which set a great mood for the night. Thank you.
