Cracking 2 storey bar/restaurant/cafe/shop - not sure really but location opposite ski jump with views to the mountain are special.The decor internally has a smash of colour, artwork and boards on the walls with good music. Staff friendly, prices reasonable and warm. Need to book for meal though.

I was recommended to eat here by a local. My friends and I had dinner. The restaurant is lovely inside and the service was great. We all loved our meals - entree, main and dessert. I would recommend eating here.

Our group of eight friends enjoyed our dinner at Tsukushimbo.We were squeezed into a corner booth which was ok but some of the group were perched on low stools, a challenge for tired bodies after a day of skiing!Tsukushimbo is very small so booking ahead would be advised.The food was good without being exceptional. There is lots of variety on the menu.The night we were there the place was buzzing with several large groups of family and friends which gave the place a feel of happy organised chaos!

Since it had only been open two weeks (as I write this), it was hard to discover this restaurant (only one review on TA). That will change. Some of the best pizza Iâve had anywhere. Wonderful dough, delicious variety. We had the pepperoni, the spinach and the white sauce house special. Salads were a hit, as was the truffle edamame. Great atmosphere for families or couples. In a former parking garage.

Not sure thereâs food available but this is a cosy little bar upstairs a few steps from Tokowaya ryokan and the Nozawa Onsen.The barman was friendly and served our group Japanese whiskies and sake. Great atmosphere!
