Went here with 6 adults and 4 children. Most opted for the special which was an aged beef fillet with a gratin or chips. Excellent food and service. All kids had home made chicken nuggets. The desserts were amazing. I had the best chocolate fondant and my wifeâs creme brûlée was amazing too. We had wine, beer and soft drinks also. Bill came to â¬300 with a tip which we all thought was reasonable. Nice atmosphere and would go again!Bonjour Philm77,Thank you very much for your comment. We appreciate very much.SincerelyLaurent

The Café du Siècle Brasserie and restaurant is a typical french brasserie, old-school, with a traditional french restauration in the heart of Saint-Didier
We popped into Cafe du Siecle for a couple of drinks and, as all of the outside tables were occupied, we went inside and chose to stand at the bar. The service was quick and friendly, the beer was excellent and pretty cheap, and we had a very pleasant hour simply soaking up the atmosphere and watching the local lads enjoy their Ricard. This is an archetypical local boozer - and all the better for it. Can't imagine a better place in St Didier for a simple drink.Loved it.

Clean open space inside, nice terrace with great view on the outside. We had simple drinks so not much can be said other than it was good.

Not quite a gourmet experience but a nice spot to sit out and dine with very decent food. The service was quote acceptable. The weather was very hot and their terrace gave a good level of shade from the plane trees.

Bar and Restaurant, good atmoshere in an antique courtyard Large dining room with fire place in winter and a nice shadowed terrace all year long Everything is homemade with fresh products, various suggestions every week end , menu every day and a la carte
Although we've visited the brocante village on numerous occasions, this was the first time we had lunch at Le Cafe du Village, and it was excellent. The food ( especially duck ) was really tasty, and the service friendly & efficient but best of all was the ambience. Will definitely return.
