After a chilly day wandering the lovely streets of Asiago we found this lovely place to relax, warm up, enjoy coffee and pastries. They have the nicest bathroom you will ever see (seriously!)

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. It seems to have lost its focus, with poorly prepared food and poor service. Itâs become disorganised, customer service is poor, and the kitchen must out food without checking it.On my latest visit we arrived an hour after opening but were ignored by the various staff waiting around the counter. We grabbed a seat and quickly ordered (weâd had time to study the options on the wall). Some of the food started to come out suspiciously quickly, but not together and only in the order of what I can only assume was the kitchenâs convenience: one of the partyâs burger, then 10 minutes later, the sides/starters, then finally the remaining burgers. Even then, it was clear that the kitchen was rushing the food as the centre of the chicken wings and one of the burgers was still cold. We later saw several other tables sending food back and those affected in our party agreed that this is what they should have done as well.Having been a loyal customer for several year, one who often introduced large groups of friends/colleagues to what was once a great little venue, Iâm saddened by this state of affairs. I wonât be sending any more trade this way.

Ottime le pietanze, personale gentile e professionale, bel locale ma il tempo di attesa decisamente troppo lungo.Oltre un'ora !!! Ma la cosa che più ci ha dato fastidio è stata che i tavolivicino al nostro, occupati 15/20 minuti dopo il nostro, sono stati serviti prima!! Avrei dato quattro su cinque se almeno si fossero scusati...Tornerò sicuramente in una giornata più tranquilla poichè i piatti erano veramente buoni.
