Authentic American eatery in Maastricht. Breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner. House-made drinks, cocktails, American beers and so much more.
Two waiters and a cook running the entire restaurant (up and downstairs)...sloooow service.Food came eventually and there was just too many chips and the chicken avocado sandwich was overflowing. Whilst the chicken was lovely and tender, the amount of food was overwhelming. That being said, the fajitas didn't look so bad.

Burgerlijk is the perfect place to get a fresh burger. They also have sharing plates and some traditional dutch bites such as âBitterballsâItâs perfect for a quick bite or lunch or dinner. This was my first time in Burgerlijk and probably not the last

Throughout the year you can enjoy lunch during the day in De Twee Heeren and in the evening until 21:30, you have wide choice of dishes from our delicious dinner menu
We noticed this place while walking through town this morning, and decided to come back for dinner. We did not read any reviews before we had dinner. The waiter went out of his way to make us feel at home, and interpreted anything we did not understand on the menu. We decided on a nice Spanish white wine, a appetizer sized Cesear Salad to start, then as a main we split an order of their ribs. The ribs came with frites and coleslaw. The ribs were some of the best I have ever eaten...BBQed and with a side sauce like a Jack Daniel's flavour. The fries were the best we have had in either The Netherlands or in Belgium. The coleslaw was excellent as well. For dessert we had the Bread Oudding, which came with whipped cream, a persimmon, and a strawberry. We were never rushed, and enjoyed stirring out watching the people walk by Ina Friday night. Definitely a restaurant worth considering while in Maastricht.

Went out not having any reservation, looking in town for a place to have dinner. Passing by we saw La Bodega and the menu looked interesting so we gave it a try. Was pretty crowded and could only get a table in the back of the restaurant which is not as privileged as being close to the action near the main area...Had various tapas and a bottle of red wine. More than enough to eat and drink for two, paid 75 E, reasonable for the wine & food we ordered.Looking at the rest of the menu I would call it a bit overpriced for what it offers, despite the fact that indeed various hamons deserve their price. Service was Ok, nothing exceptional but professional and polite. Was our first tapas restaurant in Maastricht so can't compare with any other similar rest in town, but overall I do not think taste wise anybody would be disappointed.

Our kitchen is opened for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is opened continuously till 21.00Hrs.
Firstly the ambience is great, especially if you look out to the street. It feels like a top class wine bar. They have great tapas style âbitesâ, especially the Iberian ham. There is a good selection of lunch and snack options. The tuna salad was good, and the filet steak top class and well cooked. Good selection of cocktails and gins as well. Service was fine and a little pricey but it is definitely worth a visit in an area where there so many eating options.....all in all very good all round.

Cafe Local, the name says it all: local location, local products, Maastricht people, but also the tourist will feel"local" here. To attentive service. In our respective accessible concept are price and quality; good food and drink at an affordable price.
In my hometown on one of the nicest places in the center of town on the marketsquare. Nice ambiance and very good food with a local touch for a nice price.

Cafe de Zwaan is since 1901 a household name on the market square of Maastricht. A lively cafe with excellent regional cuisine. We also have a nice Etage overlooking the market square and old City Hall for private dinners with groups. In summer, enjoy a d
Tremendous beer list. 200 beers in bottle though some were missing tonight. Our food was disappointing: the Maastricht stew was too sweet for our taste and the accompanying ham was pretty tasteless. So was the Guinean fowl though the kriek sauce was lovely. So, go for the beer

I was in the area with family on vacation and we stopped in Eijsden because it just seemed like an interesting little town, based on an intenet search. We made a reservation here, again, because of the reviews at various internet sites. We were not disappointed in this restaurant or Eijsden. Both the city and the restaurant are HIDDEN GEMS. The food was excellent, the views of Eijsden from the restaurant were great, and food was fairly reasonably priced (a little pricey, but to be expected from a nice restaurant in Holland. Why not a 5 rating - the service was VERY slow and unresponsive. My family were seated quickly, but were ignored by the wait staff for approximately 20 minutes. We almost left! The food took quite some time to arrive! Fortunately, the weather was nice and my family and I were seated at a table outside - so we enjoyed the experience. The experience was so lovely that I would return, again, and just anticipate slow service. In nice weather, sit outside. I so enjoyed Eijsden and this restaurant that my wife and I are planning a vacation in the area next summer so my wife can share in the experience.

This place is the core of Maastricht spirit. There is no booking, so you have to wait standing having a drink with other clients. But the atmosphere is great, and then once you have a table the good is excellent. Their terrace is also a great choice even if less lively. A must be !!!Dear Floran, Thanks for the amazing review! We are always glad if our guests enjoy our busy atmosphere as much as we do!Kind regards, Inge

Situated in the center of Maastricht, on one of its busiest squares, 'De Markt', is where you will find 'Peter's Irish Pub'. Peters Irish Pub is an authentically and tastefully decorated Irish Pub. It is the perfect place for groups with its large bar & s
Nice pub located in the middle of Maastricht. Menu is what you would expect and food is good. Friendly staff, some of them native Irish I (I presume). Parking is free in the evening and nearby.
