Stopped in on a rainy Labor Day weekend, and were glad we did. They had specials on local beer, so we opted along those lines, mostly Foothills If I remember correctly. We shared a couple of appetizers which we enjoyed too. Within walking distance of the Holiday Inn (a block away).

Tazza Kitchen is a buzzing place and quite busy to boot. The menu of small plates, pizzas, salads, tacos and some entrees is varied. My companions raved about the snack menu items of roasted brussels sprouts and cauliflower However, I was very disappointed with my pizza, a margherita with the addition of mushrooms and caramelized onion. It was too salty to the point where I only ate half and tossed the rest--and I love things that are salty! The chocolate budino dessert earned wild praise from our whole group--it may be a plan to order something that will not be salty and finish with the budino, a soft, rich chocolate pudding that is not too sweet and which is made with good chocolate, then topped with toasted almonds for a bit of crunch. Service was very efficient; the cocktail menu is interesting.

For a place specializing in burgers Chuck's was ultimately disappointing. My burger was the smallest I've even gotten in a non-fast-food place and was overcooked to boot. The sauces accompanying the fries or tots were interesting but didn't make up for the burger. The highlight of the meal was the salted caramel shake that my friend ordered. Overall the meal was overpriced and overcooked.

Located in a pretty revitalized warehouse area, this restaurant has some delightful outdoor seating and a great deal more inside seating. Staff were very welcoming, we chose a flight of their home brews but the also had a very large selection of microbrews on tap from as far away as Michigan and Colorado. They had an even larger selection of beers by the bottle which included gluten free beer and a fair number of artisanal ciders and wine. Truly something for everyone. The dark porter style home brew was dark smooth and silky delicious, but all the beers we tried were good. The food was excellent - a rare event in a bar, where the food is often overlooked. The daily crab cake on salad was delicious. I would definitely order it the next time if available. Huge selection of burgers with a creative twist. Trying to be good we ordered a burger with a side of green beans rather than fries, and the green beans were cooked to perfection, crunch and definitely fresh not frozen.Would definitely go back if in the area. Many local restaurants rely heavily on frozen canned and prepared foods but this was definitely the exception. Food this good in an informal setting is very hard to come by.

We didn't have dinner here but we came for the bowling and then to try their 'As Advertised' Monster Sundae. The bowling was fun, there's leather seats at each lane, there aren't a lot of lanes (maybe 12); there's less people earlier on but it fills up later in the night. They have a full bar and I hear the food is great but we came for the sundae, my family and I decided to try the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae and it came out just as advertised 'A Monster'. It took all of us to finish this but we did get it all down. They also have darts, air hockey, foosball and plenty of tv's for sports.Thank you for your kind words! We hope to see you back soon for dinner and gaming.

We stopped in for lunch. I had the Carolina Grilled cheese and my husband the Italian Grilled cheese. Mine was well balanced between meat, slaw, and cheese. My husband thought his was ok and that it had too much meat on it. We did the sampler of salsas and that was good. Service was fine. Would go again, but wouldnât go out of my way.

BAD is GOOD. Like when something is so outrageous you can't help but love it. That's the inspiration at Bad Daddy's. Here, the humble burger is given super star status. With premium beef, sizzled up hot on our grill, and surrounded with artisan ingredient
We stopped in here for lunch this month from out of town. We liked the atmosphere when we walked in with the bar area and regular tables/booths throughout the restaurant. They had sports on several TVs. We were in the hunt for a good burger. I ordered a 7oz beef burger on brioche bun, white cheddar, bacon mayo, ketchup, and buttermilk fried bacon. I had never had bacon mayo or buttermilk fried bacon. The buttermilk fried bacon looked like chicken strips when it got served. There were a few strips. It was fried in some tasty batter and it was tasty by itself but I didnât care for it on my burger. The bacon mayo overpowered the hamburger. When eating a hamburger, you want it to be the star. Great tasting burger without the bacon mayo. If I am back in town again I would either try out another burger place or I would go back to Bad Daddyâs and just get this burger minus the bacon mayo and buttermilk bacon.I got tator tots with my burger. They were not super crispy. They tasted decent. 3 stars. I think they possibly used the same fryer so slight onion taste and one of the random crispy pieces in the basket was actually onion when I tried it. I'm not a fan of onion. My date ordered the appetizer of deviled eggs and he said they awesome. Just wow. Red pepper, lettuce, cucumber, and shredded carrots were in this dish also. The bacon slaw was great, spicy. The deviled eggs were warm and delicious. They are fried then they put bacon and jalapeno on top. 5 stars. He also ordered the chicken wings. They were crispy but not as crispy as he likes. Buffalo sauce was good heat and flavor. Blue cheese 5 stars that came with the wings. The service was good. We did not get water refills though. Enough parking for the restaurant directly outside the restaurant and nearby.Burgers are a bit expensive but most of the time you get what you pay for.4 stars â canât knock the restaurant on me trying out new items and not necessarily liking them all on my burger. Each individually were tasty.
