The location is excellent in downtown. The interior is wooden made with a warm atmosphere. Food is good and tasty. However the service is poor. The first time I went there, I sat more than one hour waiting my order which was fish and salad. Second time, for a Beef with chips I had to wait 45 minutes and went away. Not a worth.

Nice pub in Puerto Montt. The beer is good and the portions are enormous. We speak some Spanish and so were able to order our food from the friendly waitstaff. We ordered three hamburgers and three appetizers, thinking that this would be enough for the four of us to split. When our food arrived at our table, we could not believe what we saw. Each of the hamburgers almost completely filled up an 8-inch serving plate! The appetizers were also very large, and were more than enough for the four of us to have split and enjoyed with our beers all by themselves.We found that dining out in Chile is less expensive than in the US, but surprisingly, not by much. However, if you are hungry, you'll love this place.

A great place in a traditional cazona just 2 blocks away from plaza de armas in downtown Puerto Montt. Great menu with lots of seafood for a very reasonable price. The gratinated crab was just awesome.
