Sandwiches, salads, tacos & tater tots, all offered with a fine little selection of local brews. This is a great little lunch spot. (Also, having driven past at noontime on Sunday, seems very much to be a popular place for Sunday Brunch, too.) Friendly service.

Serving outlaws & cowgirls since 1902 breakfast. lunch. dinner. cold beer & whiskey 7 days a week. From the hard working ranch hand, to the passerby heading to Yellowstone, to the celebrity living in their Paradise Valley hideaway, The Old Saloon still at
A must for Breakfast, hand battered chicken fried steak all the way. Excellent service, all the breakfast dishes we had were great. Dinner convenient when coming off the river, good draft beers, entree's were overcooked and onion soup a bit oily ( not skimmed) - but a great watering hole if you are running late while headed to Livingston - Liivingston closes early. Emmigrant is impressive w/ options.

In a warm, relaxing environment, The Grill delivers great food, prepared in one of the purest, most primal methods - over an open wood fire. In Montana, dining this way just feels right. Itâs the only restaurant in the region devoted to this age-old way o
We decided to give Sage Grill a try after a day at Chico Hot Springs. A beautiful and rustic setting with views galore. The menu is limited for someone wanting to eat there in a regular basis. The atmosphere is a bit noisey with concrete floors and wide space all around. We shared a salad, not much to review there. Our meals, I had the Lake trout, it was very tasty as we're the veggies that came with it. Not a huge portion but enough once I finished the veggies. Jeff had the Beef tenderloin 'medium' it came medium rare. He didn't want to send it back knowing it would be over cooked when it came back. He liked it, said it was tender. He tasted to much seasoning for a lean piece of meat it was over seasoned. I had a glass of wine and ordered another to have with dinner. It didn't arrive until after I had finished my meal. Our server was polite and offered a comp dessert for our inconveniences. That was nice, we didn't order anything else. The service was slow from the start.I'm not sure if there is a lack of employees or that the ones there might need a bit more training. The restaurant was empty except for the bar when we arrived but it was pretty full upon leaving. It's obvious that they are trying hard to maintain a higher quality experience, we feel they need a bit more training for the staff.Even so, we would recommend it.

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I regularly order a burger. Some are certainly better then others and the River's Edge creates a mighty fine one with home made fries. The burgers are 1/2 pounders so we usually split it:). No extra charge for the additional plate. The beer is always cold with about 6 on tap, and bottles in the cooler. A full bar is available. I talked to a lady leaving with a pizza and she opened the box so I could take a peek inside. It was a white pizza which I never expected to see here. Complete with artichoke hearts. The crust was beautiful and browned to perfection. If I hadn't already ordered that burger...anyway she lives nearby and claimed she was cooking that night. She was so friendly and nice which seems to be how people just are around here. This place also has a pool table and a room on the side with a casino. Lots of parking and outside eating available. I will tell you now, it would benefit from a regular cleaning. We always sit up at the bar so we are exposed to more then if we sat at a table. We come here when we park our RV down the road about 5 miles. And we come here nearly every time. So clearly we enjoy the environment and the colorful folks that enjoy the fresh and tasty meals as much as we do. We shall return!
