The Loire is a splendid river , and what better way to appreciate the splendour than from the deck of le Ship , perched on the right bank just before the bridge . The blackboard menu is not extensive but all four of us had separate choices and all were tasty and good value . Chatting to other diners , many of who were local , all seemed well pleased with their choices . There is also a good selection of local wines , we decided to order four different Sancerre wines at â¬7 feach or a 250ml carafe , which allowed us to enjoy a " petit degustation " comparing them before dinner .

We stayed for 4 nights, room was ok. Cold and hot water, shower, toilet and a flat screen. Breakfast and evening dinners were just fine. The terrace has a nice look on the canal. The owners were very very friendly and offered a fabulous service. A place to visit again !!

This is not a restaurant, but a wine bar.It is small, located in the very hart of the town in an historical house.It opened in july 2017, so evrythnig is recent.Ideal place to enjoy local wines. There is possibility to buy bottles of wine you tasted.Reasonable prices for wines by the glass.

A real wine bar with an amazing choice of drinks including spirits. Cherry on the cake the food part is made of Charcuterie and Cheese Boards and some surprises like Mousse de Poissons. Last but not least, the view on the countryside is just out of the world.
