I've been to a couple different locations from this chain, and although the food here was fine, the service was lacking. Took almost 10 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant area was less than half full. The burger was obviously a frozen puck before being cooked and assembled. The water tasted clean, the beer selection was decent, and at least 3-4 were local.Overall, decent place for a friendly chat, but not someplace to target for a family dinner.

Visit many times. Nothing too exciting about this venue. Always good but for me there are other restaurants I find with better choices. Waitress was attentive. All staff are pleasant. Thank you for sharing. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We hope to see you again soon!

Went there during off hours(between lunch and dinner).I ordered the grilled onion sirloin with stout gravy, and my Wife ordered soup and salad. Both were served in a reasonable time, and exactly like we ordered. The server was pleasant and attentive, but not over bearing, just the way I like it.

Our group of five visited for dinner. The wait time for a table was not bad but the wait time to get drinks, have our order taken, have our order served and then getting the check was terrible. We saw the wait staff hanging around chatting while we were waiting to pay. I've been here before and have not had this issue. The food was great but their wait staff needs workWe're sorry to hear we fell short of a great dining experience. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and we will be checking in with the store. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns. Thanks.

"Bru" is an ode to two of our favorite things, Delicious burgers and cold beer. We are a full service family restaurant with an outdoor patio that allows animals.
Having heard for its variety and quality of burgers, we visited this restaurant to try their specialty that suits everyone. They have options of gluten-free veggie and beef burgers with the choice of eating inside or outside. With its gourmet chef burgers, sandwiches, salads, and shareable apps, there's something for their customers. The staff was friendly, atmosphere good and the food okay. I haven't really been disappointed going here but never been impressed either. Some features available are television, free Wi-Fi, free parking, takeout, reservations, highchair and wheelchair accessible. They accept credit cards. We placed an order for Bru Fries /Chili Cheese Fries, Bru Board, Veggie Burger, Garlic-Three Cheese Burger, Ahi Tuna Burger. The combination of the giant crispy onion ring, with beef bacon, melted cheddar, and barbecue sauce caused a burst of flavors in our mouth. To sum up, it was a new experience away from the traditional dining.

Stumbled into this place out of convenience. Initially concerned because it was not appropriately staffed. One overworked waitress who had been there for 15 hours! Other diners were incredibly rude to her, but she worked her tail off and had a pleasant attitude through a tough situation. Nice variety on menu, very tasty burger. Would definitely go back and hope they got the waitress some help!

We were staying in the area for a volleyball tournament and decided to go to the Black Swan Brewpub mainly because we could walk from our hotel. There were 8 of us and we didnât have a reservation but were able to get in and get seated right away. The girls ordered the giant pretzel as an appetizer and it is by far the largest pretzel we have ever seen! And it was soft and warm! Plenty for the entire table to share. Some decent beer choices and also other beverages if you donât want beer. Someone in our group ordered a Moscow mule but it doesnât come in the cooper mule cup so if that is important to you, I wood suggest ordering something else. The food all came out very quickly. Someone in our group orders a burger well done and it was basically burnt. The burger that was ordered rare, seemed to be good. I had the fish and chips and that was nice cod and the batter was good but no malt available. The fries were also pretty good. Others had the Reuben sandwich which was very hearty and the shepherds pie which definitely wasnât the traditional English shepherds pie and more like a stew. Service was friendly and efficient but maybe a hit too much as the waitress didnât ask us if we wanted more drinks when we were done eating. She just asked if we wanted the check. If there werenât any other choices, we might go back but wouldnât plan on it.

We always stay in Plainfield at the Baymont Inn and Suites when flying out of Indianapolis. We took a back way to Barnes and Noble Bookstore and realized we were in a shopping mall. Lucky for us, there are several restaurants in the mall. The young woman at Barnes and Noble suggested Claddagh, which is literally across the sidewalk. We went in and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the staff. Since it was Good Friday, we ordered the Fish N Chips (half order) and it was huge! I cannot imagine eating the full order. The fish was lightly battered and extremely moist. There are two Pubs, one in downtown Indianapolis and this one that is in Plainfield. I know we will return the next time we stay in Plainfield.

Service is excellent. They have an extensive menu from sandwiches to steaks. We dined for Sunday afternoon lunch. Seating is available inside and outside. Ambience is inviting. Prices are moderate/affordable. The four of us ordered something different from salads to sandwiches and there were no complaints. We would definitely dine there in the future when passing through town.

This is a good place to find a good variety of food. It's a little expensive for my taste, but everything from pasta to grilled items are tasty. Comfortable, quiet enough to have a conversation. Nothing from the menu really stood out to me though, which made it feel a little generic.
