The 440 Line is "The Local Place for the People, By the People." Founded in 2015, The 440 Line the best casual restaurant and tavern in New Fairfield. Enjoy a craft beer with one of the variety of snacks at the bar or sit down for a freshly prepared full
Justin and his crew are definitely dedicated to making you happy and improving when needed. The pizza is excellent and the menu is creative and fairly priced.I have given up on Icon's down the road and 440 is my new local place. Icons continues to get it wrong time after time, 440 gets better with every visit.

We went in October and the decorations for Halloween are fantastic. The food is good and the portions are large. It is not overpriced. It is kid friendly and they have a kids menu. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is b/c the manager (an older guy) was really cranky. The waitresses were nice.

We had a great brunch on Sunday complete with Bloody Mary - a nice light appetizer table including smoked salmon and bagels and the main course of your choice. I had the steak and eggs which was great but too large to finish. Took the rest home for dinner. Muffins and danish and salad as well. Nice view of the nearby farmland- and occasional live music. We will be back.

We were looking place to eat and a quick overnight stop in Danberry. We found Rosy Tomorrowâs and what a perfect place. The minute you walk in the door someone was smiling and saying hello how are you. The bar was the perfect spot for us. The bartender Pat made us feel like we came in everyday. The food was wonderful. Much more than we expected. It was Octoberfest with wonderful German specials. If weâre ever back in the area I know where will end up

Tucked away up on a hill with a waterfall and outdoor seating, McCarthy's provides great friendly service to all the locals whether is happy hour or celebrating a special occasion. Large menu choices, great food and average service. (If you sit outside service is usually slow) Restaurant is clean and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and large parking area for the patrons.

My husband and I stopped there after browsing Putnam Lake. As we entered the restaurant we wanted to turn around and go to another place--the looks are hard core and local customers were sitting at the bar. We decided to give it a chance--surprisingly they have a back yard with a lovely water fountain. It was a nice sunny day and we enjoyed sitting in the shade of the tree. We ordered pasta and didn't expect much. Man, were we wrong! Both dishes were d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.!!! The waitress was nice and kind and we left with full bellies so don't get deceived by the first look when you enter!

Mc Graths can be counted on for consistently very good food at reasonable prices. Casual dinning at local favorite place. Had the best burger ever. McGraths will prepare, the burger to your preference. I like mine ordered rare so as it continues to cook it is still just right. The McGrath Burger is served on a brioche with garganzola cheese , lots of bacon cooked right (Not so crisp that it splinters) , topped with a fried tomato (as in breaded and fried). The sweet potato fries were delicious. Can be a bit noisy and lots of families with kids - but that is the spirit of the place .

Loved our experience hear, great music, good acoustics, yummy food and drinks where you can actually taste some alcohol. Good vegetarian choices. Only negatives were people talking very loudly and the tables are close together (but we asked to be moved and our server was able to accommodate us) and I donât care for the extra charge for substitutions.I did see the other reviews of high concert fees, and poor food/ service during shows so we canât comment on that. I loved that there was no cover charge and we saw a quality band.

Everything weâve ever ordered here has been great. The sweet potato fries are the BOMB! The staff is attentive and professional. The only gripe is itâs always packed- but thatâs because the food is great. Itâs a dated decor, but my husband thinks itâs purposeful. Bottom line, itâs a good value.
