On our way to a Sunday family outing we had brunch here. Food was hearty and fresh. Coffee excellent. Service for takeout was a bit slow. Felt like we might have been forgotten on a busy day.

We found Sunset Grille for a Sunday lunch, after coming from a very unwelcoming experience in Rowayton. Sunset Grille is a casual spot tucked away surrounded by the marina at Calf Pasture Beach. The staff was very welcoming and the service was excellent. We ate outside by the water in an area with mesh over it to lessen the severity of the sun. A guitar player offered music appropriate for the setting. The food was enjoyed by all of us. The weak point of the food was the caprese salad. In July I would have hoped for fresher tomatos. That said, no other complaints were heard from our table. The steamers were clean and tasty. The fish tacos I had were very good. If you are looking for a place on the water for very good food, with excellent service and a relaxing location, this is the spot.

Iâve been meaning to go for 2nd floor music and an adult bevie. My friend Julia meets you with a smile and an upbeat gorgeous demeanor. Greer cares about all of her guests and takes time to listen. Jess and Kyle know their way around the bar and the menu, as well as making you feel special. Light dinner/snack fried chicken tacos and blackened catfish. I had both cause I couldnât decide. Splendiferous. The band upstairs was belting out some great music as well.

We returned to Banc House after a number of years and were delighted to find a warm, friendly atmosphere with an excellent kitchen. Cobb salad was generous and fresh. BBQ offerings could be had as platters or sides: We enjoyed a half pound of delicious brisket and perfectly made sweet potato fries. Look forward to returning.

Celebrated a family memberâs birthday here and had a delicious lunch! Chicken curry, Cobb salad, chicken pot pie and pasta was tasty. Our server Dan was also very attentive. We also got to spin the birthday wheel which had a number of fun things on it.

Tavern on 7 is just minutes away from where I live, and where I enjoy lunch dates with friends. It is somewhat of a 'sports bar' - i.e. television-watching at the bar for those who are following football games and suchlike; therefore, perhaps, it is SRO and perhaps 'loud' on weekends, or match game evenings...but, and MOST positively, I delight in the occasional mid-week lunch there. The friendly, efficient, attentive service is impeccable...likewise, my favorite dish, an utterly delicious Grilled Atlantic Salmon Salad. But the offerings on their entire menu are surely equally excellent! The service is lovely - friendly, thoughtful. Excellent house wines. All in all: the perfect lunch rendez-vous to catch up and share time with friends/loved ones.
