Old time atmosphere combined with tasty food. Fine dining type menu as well as sandwiches/salads. Excellent chef salad. I also love the chicken and shrimp. The chef does wonders with salmon and tuna! If you are ready for a steak or prime rib, it's available too! Easy to find location with good parking lot and easy to enter.Open for dinner Wednesday thru Sunday.

Leather corner post is a historic bar restaurant, located in the village of the Leather Corner Post, (Orefield, Pa.) Many years ago this country bar restaurant was known for it's saturday nights boom bas ( a Pa. dutch unique musical instrument). The boom bas are still there but only for show. The Leather Corner is a fun, country bar restaurant with good food and drink and a truly neighborhood feeling deep in the country.

We visited on a Thursday evening - their clam night, without a reservation. We got there and there were no tables available, so we opted for the bar. The waitress immediately took my drink order and I ordered clams which were large, very tasty and had no sand!! We really enjoy this fine restaurant and will visit more often.

Great little find, takes you back to a time of country inns with good friends and a place where everyone knows your name. Food is good, great bar, nice updates like the ladies room. Stop in for a good time!
We revisited the former Lizard Creek Tavern (now pub) last night for dinner. Their menu consists of some old favorites such as the backwoods burger and new dishes such as calamari and honey dipped chicken. The prices are reasonable, the food is done well, vast beer selection for the area, and the staff was pleasant enough. I recommend checking it out.

Iâm going to try to keep this review shorter than my YELP review. Let me just say that we have been here many times in the past 6 years or so and itâs always been pretty good ,nothing great but typical bar food , appetizers and a good beer selection which my family likes . This time however I believe it has gone down hill and I will not be returning. We had a party of eight , when our dinners came out 4 were wrong ... AHI tuna was supposed to be VERY RARE and was cooked almost all the way through so it was sent back , I ordered a pasta dish with fettuccine and I RECEIVED LINGUINE but I did not send it back ,it was not very good but I didnât even eat it because I was so upset over the next situation...we ordered my grandson a cheeseburger WELL DONE , he received his food as we were straightening out our food problems, he started eating it and got half way through and the middle was RARE ! We specifically ordered it WELL DONE since it was for a child! At this point I flipped out and asked to see the manager so I could tell him how unacceptable it was for the meat to be so undercooked , his response was âIâll take it off your bill, I donât know what else u want me to do about itâ... REALLY ! This is customer service ? They did offer to make another burger but at this point I just wanted out of there . The managers name was Kyle . Iâll never go back for mediocre food again , there r too many other Restaurants to go to . It was the biggest waste of $180 plus I had an awful time because I was worried about my grandson and I continued to worry for the whole week .Hi KelVery unhappy to hear you had a poor experience! It appears as if you are a great customer and I ask you to please reach out to me at [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

I wandered in here after 4 days on the Appalachian Trail. It's ideally located as the trail passes directly by the place. My burger, salad and beer were like a dream come true. Tasty and reasonably priced.Kenny (the owner) offered me a B&B overnight stay in a king room with Jacuzzi tub. Priced at $115 it looked like a nice room and I took the deal. Well, looks can be deceiving, the tub was great and the bed comfortable but the loud music with patrons singing along late into the night was really rather rude.Breakfast the next morning was a total afterthought on Kenny's part. A sad offering of eggs and bacon were provided by an owner obviously who'd just rolled out of a drunken slumber. If I could do it all over again... I'd enjoy the fabulous dinner and beer, then move on down the trail.

Had lunch with family. Food was really good. Not platters but great burgers, steak sandwich and other sandwich and appetizer type food. Clean and friendly place. We ate in bar area, but they have a dining area away from bar also.

I saw the Vince's truck and heard they had a location At the Lynnville Hotel. We have been there numerous times and called in orders every time to take it home. The owner comes out to greet you and the steak sandwiches are excellent and very full of meat. Their parmigian garlic fries are excellent. We usually get there at least every other week and is our new go to place for Friday night dinner. For super bowl Sunday they had potato skins with cheese and pork - yummy!! Glad they came to Lynnville. Always visited them at the Allentown Fair and soon they will open a shop in downtown Allentown. The best steak sandwiches in the Valley!!!!
