Vjià di Natale con i Cavalieri di San Michele del Roero. Come ogni anno in tale occasione si tiene l'investitura dei nuovi Cavalieri. Poi tutti a tavola con musica, balli, canti. Visto il gran numero di partecipanti (più di 200) ci si appoggia sempre a strutture importanti. Quest'anno siamo stati ospitati dal ristorante del Roero Park Hotel. Gestione e accoglienza molto professionale. Il grande salone dove eravamo seduti era molto rumoroso. Dopo l'aperitivo gli antipasti: battuta di carne cruda, insalata di petto di tacchinella, rollè di cotechino con fonduta tutti molto semplici. Poi i primi: risotto di carciofi (troppo cotto) e agnolotti al ristretto di manzo (poco gustoso). Il secondo guaciotta di vitello e patate al rosmarino (poco salate). Dolci: semifreddo al torrone con cioccolato caldo e dolcetti natalizi. Menù sicuramente da migliorare. Buoni i vini (arneis e dolcetto) di Ceste (Govone) "vignaiolo 2018"

Voto massimo su tutto perchè un locale del genere ormai è una rarità : materie prime ricercate e sapientemente utilizzate, cortesia e amore per il proprio locale, il tutto abbinato ad una scelta di birre di altissimo livello. Ottima la pizza con impasto alla canapa. Ristopub che soddisfa tutti i tipi di clientela, comodo da raggiungere anche da Torino.

Abbiamo scoperto questo delizioso locale da circa un anno: tutto veramente eccezionale a partire dal personale, bar e pasticceria! Ottimi anche la pizza ed i salatini.

Bravitutti-filippo-chupito is the nicest and funniest waiter you will ever meet, and believe me you will never get bored with him around. Cool chef Federico and pretty sous-chef Lorenzo are absolute magicians in the kitchen, creating unforgettable dishes and ever changing beautiful menues. Alex the crazy happy and insightful bartender knows what you want before you can even think about it. Always on point. But the highlight of the beautiful Syslak is by far the eternally joyful Ivan, who is not only always in a good mood, but just makes you feel home. He chooses the best music, and embodies kindness at its best. The syslak crew, the food, the cocktails, the whole ambient makes you addicted to this place. You will never want to leave. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!
