"This is a good place." He said. "There is a lot of liquor." I agreed. -Ernest Hemingway
Interesting place...a combo lounge/restaurant - a bar/barstools, some couches, and also tables for easier dining. The drink menu looked really interesting but we opted for a wine choice (me) and a beer (hubby) that we'd never had. Loved both! We also had some food - the deviled eggs were really interesting with beets incorporated and pickled veggies on the side. We tried the ramen and fried rice (with spam!) and liked both. Service was a little slow at first but since our server recommended the beer and wine we can't complain. Plus he was super-nice! So we'd definitely return.

South Medford's neighborhood public house offering casual family-friendly dining in a nostalgic atmosphere - high ceilings, vintage local pictures with brick and wood detailing. Our award-winning menu from our original PP&G in Central Point has been enhan
Everything in the menu has hot spices in it. For someone who can't handle spices this is not the place to eat. I don't know what kind of ranch dressing they use oh, but it is so runny that it won't even stay on a carrot stick or a celery without dripping all over everything. The music they play is a hard rock or some kind of hard music so if you don't like that type of music definitely don't come here. The staff is very nice but slow with attention to you. The service is very quick though. Prices are reasonable. This will be our first time and our last time at this establishment.Hello, carral069.Thank you for getting to the âpointâ with this candid review. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your visit to our pub and that you found your menu selections too spicy. We encourage guests to let their server know, when something does not suit. When our guests are not pleased with their order, on-âpointâ feedback enables our staff to quickly offer an alternative. In fairness to the reader, for clarity, we actually offer a plethora of not-spicy menu items. Our menu is comprised of a variety of excellent, flavorful dishes, refined by our master chef to please every palate. Some items will, of course, have some zing so as to please people with this penchant, and these are clearly indicated on our menu. In addition, at our south Medford location, we offer our delightful âpaloozaâ specials as well as a vegan menu. One may view our offerings on our website. Regarding music, we understand that we will never please everyone, but we get good feedback regarding our music, which is a mix of classic 70s and 80s rock with no hard rock. Thanks, and regards.HewA Co-Owner

We stopped in for a beer and lunch. The hamburger was flavorful and average size. I liked that it came with tater tots. They offer soup of the day and side salad. Perfect. Kinda quiet but I would come back for their beer.

My friend and I were both overcharged by a dollar. When we asked for the issue to be resolved the acting manager said, "If a dollar means that much to you, you shouldn't be eating out." His manner was rude and unwarranted. We will never give this restaurant our business again.

Wild River Medford opened in November 2006. We had been hearing from many Medford residents who journeyed up I-5 to enjoy the hospitality of our Grants Pass location. It was clear that a new location would thrive in Medford, and this was the opportunity t
We had a couple of sandwiches and a burger. They bake their own rolls and have many bread options. They make their own root beer and it was OK. Good side salad (although they need some bowls, because the small plate was not big enough for the salad!). Server was a little inexperienced but she was very nice and you could tell she was trying to do a good job. Would come back for some more dinner-like entrees when in the area again.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bourbon. It was only aged 3 years but was as smooth as whiskeys aged a lot longer. Their liquor is fairly expensive, no doubt due to Oregonâs liquor laws concerning distilleries. Either way the pulled pork pancake was different and tasty but after reading the reviews on the drunken burger I was disappointed. It took a few whiskeyâ s to find the meat which was hidden under a ton of lettuce. All in all a fun place to go.

Beautifully restored 1910 National Historic Landmark Train Station. Seating for several hundred, romantic outdoor dining and stunning craftsman style full bar. Happy Hour food specials. Dinner Entrees starting at $10.
Cutting to the chase: the food here is fantastic! From the exquisite crab cakes, to the lite and tasty lobster ravioli, to the mouth watering flavor explosion steak, and wonderful vegetables - every bite is a treat. The ambiance is very nice too - quiet, and charming with attentive and thoughtful staff. My only regret is that I live in Texas and won't be able to return any time soon.Thank you for those nice compliments! We'll be here when you return to Oregon.Your friends at Porters

Kind of disappointing. Has a nice atmosphere, with good beer choices. However, the bartender was waiting tables, not a good idea. There were some delays in taking our order, and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, and was never asked how I wanted it cooked. It came out medium well., Kind of light on the mushrooms. The french fries were decent. Wife had the meatloaf, which again was just OK. The mashed potatoes were good. The side salad was good and decent sized

Welcome to Kaleidoscope Pizzeria and Pub! Kaleidoscope Pizzeria and Pub is a pizza restaurant in Medford, Oregon. We're locally owned and unlike any other pizzeria in Southern Oregon. We offer gourmet, stone-baked pizza and an assortment of other freshly
The pizza was good but actually like Abby's pizzas better - specifically comparing the Mediteranean Kaleidoscope to Abby's Greek Vegetarian. The crust is very tasty at Kaleidoscope if you like thicker crust. The toppings were OK, just not as tasty as Abby's which also offers a thinner crust. Bottomline, I would go back for the pizza. BUT it is a very loud place. I think sitting outside would be better - weather permitting!
