Go and sit with a date or a group of friends. The wait staff and bartenders know their stuff. Get lost in the beers because they change a lot.

Dark dismal large pizza place. Bar seating, regular and outside seating. Beware of Spaghetti with 3 huge pressed meat balls and not much spaghetti (see my photo). I left feeling hungry! The waiter just laughed when I told him! Probably the pizzas are acceptable? Would not go back.

Welcome to your Lowell Ninety Nine Restaurant where we have "A Passion To Serve." Come dine with us and check out our 9 Real Size Entrees for just $9.99 or come enjoy our Thursday Night Trivia at the bar.
My wife and I went to the Lowell, MA 99 restaurant for dinner on Friday. We arrived about 6:30 PM, I was surprised there was no line to be seated. Even so, the parking lot was full and the bar was fully occupied, but we got a booth right away. Our server came right over, took our beverage orders and was back in a flash with these and our popcorn bowl (we actually finished off two). If I were going to complain about anything I might propose (with no objective basis, mind you) that the cocktail glasses seemed smaller than I am used to seeing at other restaurants. We ordered off the "9 Real Size Entrees for $9.99" selection, my wife had the New England Fried Shrimp. She was surprised that she had plenty of shrimp and not so many fries - usually the other way around. I had the Country Fried Chicken which came with mashed potatoes, my choice of broccoli (cooked to perfection) a biscuit and country gravy (which, if you don't know, is white). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Maybe the 99 can offer these meals at a lower price because as delicious as they were, we had no leftovers, which we usually have when we go out. Nevertheless, let me reiterate, the food was delicious, our server was totally personable and attentive. One more thing I might add. Maybe because we went on a hot and humid day; it was freezing inside. We will definitely go back, our dining experience was just fine.

I've been meaning to go here for awhile and am sorry that I waited so long. Really cute inside, burgers are amazing and very reasonably priced. Beef is grass-fed and my bun came from the bakery down the street. I had a craft-made drink, which was yummy too. There are also options for vegans or non-beef eaters (falafels and veggie burgers, salmon burgers, etc). Cute but small bar area if you only want a drink. The owner was there working and checking in with customers. Great find in downtown Lowell!

We came here because of the reviews and we're not disappointed. Touring the area, stopped in for lunch. Actually, this was the destination and the way there and back we toured. A Portuguese find with a Portuguese bottled beer which was very tasty. We had the Linguica Flaming-two sausages served over a fire and littleneck clams served two ways. Both were really good and satisfying. A casual spot. Very nice

Located in Lowell's National Historic Park. This restaurant is expected to be open in autumn 2017
What a great, cool restaurant and bar! Great venue in this old historic building and area in Lowell, with cobblestone streets. Tall ceiling, big wood beams, old brick walls. Very cool, urban settings. Great draft, craft beer selection. Very friendly, warm people working there. Tremendous live music! â¦Caribbean reggae, blues, rockâ¦. with no cover. Very good food. Good amount of street parking available, and if needed, a big, cheap public garage nearby. Nickname seems to be: "The Warp". Great job! Glad this place is nearby to where I live.

Great atmosphere in downtown Lowell. This is really a pub so go for a pint but the food is mediocre at best. The owners are Irish and friendly. As the evening progresses the Court morphs into a true bar with a twenty something crowd. There is a function room upstairs.

While visiting customers in the area I decided to take a small group out for dinner, everyone in the office agree this is the place they wanted to go. I've never been here before but from the moment we walked in until the minute we left we were greeted with the utmost respect and the greatest service. Food was wonderful. At times I wasn't sure what I was eating but I know I really liked it every bit. I will be back.

A historic landmark, COBBLESTONES boasts excellent dining and hospitality amongst magnificent architecture and ambience. Widely known for incredible hand cut steaks, burgers, local seafood and oysters on the 1/2 shell, 25 yearsâ worth of Chef created spec
I live right down the street and visit here often. Great bar, great restaurant in an historic building, and right across from City Hall in downtown Lowell. The menu is updated to be fresh always, with the flourish of traditional fare like fresh oysters from great beds all over the northeast. (Buck a shuck on Tuesdays, too!). The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the attention to service is notable from the front of the house right through to the bar-backs. Brunch comes with live music. The burgers are sublime. You just can't go wrong here.
