Not sure if still serving food but if so.....it shouldnt. No soap in either male or female toilets, which would have been useful as i realised that i had been sitting in vomit that had been left on the leather sofa, disgusting, young chap serving is great but the others....Overall this is a filthy bar which familys should avoid.

Although slightly off the beaten track in Madoc St (Parallel to the Main St. Short cut to Madoc St via Boots back entrance !). Really comfy chairs. We had an all day breakfast at 12pm with a glass of wine on a Monday afternoon !! Really friendly welcome by the proprietors(?). Nice relaxing background music. Have walked past on many occasions, but in future if I want a meal in Llandudno will call again. Ideal also as an early evening meeting place ? Highly recommended

Just left here now after what can only be described as the best roast I have ever had!Really nice atmosphere and front of house staff were really attentive to. But the beef, wow.. So tender and tasty, cooked to a perfect medium rare and accompanied with that beautiful thick gravy. Was to die for! Huge Yorkshire pudding and crispy, fluffy roasties. The accompanying veg selection was fresh and very tasty. Was nice to be able to see the chef carving the beef through the little hatch, it looked devine.Unfortunately, we saved no room for pudding today but will definitly be back to try that bakewell tart. Thank you againWow, thankyou so much for your fantastic review, this is why we are all passionate here at the Queenshead and love what we do . The team work extremely hard to create the best experience possible and reviews like yours are a testament to all their effort and hard work.I will be passing your wonderful comments on to the team.Once again , thankyou and look forward to seeing you soon.Kind regards Andy and the team

While visiting family in Llandudno we were looking for somewhere to have a evening meal & the Queen Vic met our criteria. It is close to the sea front & the pier, but only on street parking which is very limited. We had a warm welcome on arrival & our drink order was taken & were told which table was ours as we had booked. The table was close to the wall so you had limited elbow space for adults but would be OK for children. The place was quiet & was laid out similar to the other Queen Vic & was a bit dark. The menu was pretty standard bar food & was ordered at the bar. The food arrived after a reasonable time & was well presented & tasted good.In summary the food is good but the place needs a little work on it to make it more welcoming & it was slightly expensive compared with what we would expect of such a venue, but may be online with local prices.

We ordered food which took for ever to arrive. The starters were good, my partner had a burger which was fine. However my pie was still frozen in the middle. When I brought this to the attention of the staff the waitress said sheâs warm it up. We had waited over an hour and I said it wasnât really safe to partially warm food and re serve. I asked for a refund. She gave me back the value of my purse. Very disappointing. HelloI'm disappointed to read you comments but its not unexpected as you did say you would put a bad TripAdvisor review on here if we didn't give you free drinks... we didn't and here we are.I do read all reviews as customer service and experience is vital to our business. I can confirm we don't use frozen for a start, Chef makes all the pies, I will accept that the restaurant was exceptionally busy at the time of your visit, we explained the significant wait on food order but I'm pleased to read your party enjoyed the starters and burger. Visited the area for one nights stay Bank Holiday Monday whilst we were having a walk around we found this lovely run Irish bar and sat outside in the sunshine we only had drinks but i can definately say they keep a very good pint of San Miguel and the white wine was lovely also we stayed for an hour or so and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. All the staff were very cheerful and obliging. We had a marvellous afternoon it took a wrench to actually leave and walk on.

This is not a pub but more a restaurant. Very little interest shown if a customer just wants drinks. The beer was expensive and my husband was overcharged by £1.15 for a simple order of a pint and a half. This was refunded but not very readily and with barely an apology. We will not return.

We stopped for an early dinner. The place was quite busy with many reserved tables, but we found a nice table. The server was pleasant and the food selection was standard pub fare. The overall meal was fine.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased we were able to accommodate & you enjoyed your food. Thanks again Colin, Luke & all the team :-)

I went here with family and the food was delish - its tapas style and plenty of options, the food was fast and hot and really tasty. The staff were great, attentive but not pushy and it was nice and clean and calm. If you go check out the picture in the ladies toilet - it gave my auntie a laugh :)
