Iâve been several times. The service is okay. Itâs not great because sometimes they ignore you when you order. Beer is okay. Not very consistent, I had the barrel aged cocoa porter one year and it was pretty good. The next year it was like a completely different beer, I couldnât even drink it.

Located close to the University of Kentucky campus in the historic Southland shopping area, The Ketch is an independently owned casual, family friendly grill and bar with a varied menu sure to please anyone. Recently named the #1 seafood restaurant in Ken
My husband & I stopped in for dinner. We found the restaurant not too busy the day after the 4th. Drew was our waiter and was very helpful with suggestions and keeping our iced tea glasses full; very friendly! My husband had the fried shrimp and I had fish & chips. Both were very good. The Old Bay Fries are very tasty as well. Wish I had passed up the dinner rolls for dessert tho. I was really full after we ate and the dessert menu looked delicious. $44 for all without tip. Thanks for stopping by and taking a minute to review your visit. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your food and that you mentioned Drew as your server. We also think he is a keeper. Get you desserts to go next time. :<) Hope you come again soon.

"From scratch" kitchen serves up farm fresh salads, delicious warm sandwiches, gourmet burgers, hand tossed pizzas and features a signature chocolate bar.
In town for the Run the Bluegrass Half Marathon, we were looking for somewhere to eat that wouldn't be too heavy or complicated - just good food. Seeing Saul's sign we decided to give it a chance. It was busy (just like every weekend in Lexington) so we sat at the bar and let Trey help us out. The food was so good that the next evening we decided to not even try and top it - so back to Saul's we went. Sitting in the bar area we enjoyed different selections from the menu while having a different person in Trey's place who was equally as knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Saul's for good food, drinks and service!

Winchellâs has been a staple in Lexington since the 1950âs. It is mainly a sports bar, but itâs also family friendly. The food really rocks, from a kidâs hot dog plate to a fabulous hot brown. I have never had a hot brown until this visit. It was as huge as a dinner plate, swimming under rich mornay sauce. Two of us split one hot brown, and we were both stuffed to the gills!Everyone elseâs orders looked just as fabulous: the daily special ribeye steak, & a sandwich. Even the fries were specially seasoned & delicious.Thereâs only one caveat to keep in mind: if you arrive at 12:30pm, you have to wait until 1 pm to eat. They stop serving breakfast at noontime, & the kitchen needs time to transition to lunch. So you cannot order breakfast & lunch menu items at the same time.

Itâs a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the peopleâs sandwich, everymanâs food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made fro
No complaints here. Super fast service (took maybe 5 min for my food to come out). Had the Bru Burger which was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Fries were good too. Worth a visit for sure. Thank you for the awesome review! So glad you had a great experience with us and we will see you again soon!

The best of Lexington. Malone's is Bluegrass Hospitality Group's original concept, Maloneâs is pleased to serve guests at three Lexington locations: Hamburg, Palomar and Lansdowne. Known for USDA Prime Beef, an extensive wine list and a relaxed atmosphere
We had 8 people and were able to get a reservation. They had a wide menu from kids meals to steak and seafood choices. Service was great, and prices were fair. Casual environment in an upscale restaurant. Entire group loved their entrees, and the bar vibe seemed fun. We will return on our next trip to Lexington.

Really enjoyed the pizza. We had two large pizzas and both were great. Iâm a very tough pizza critic having lived in NYC. Would have been five stars except the service was really slow and the chips and salsa app was lame. Chips were straight from a bag and salsa tasted like it was from a jar. Would definitely go back because pizza was so good! Thanks for the 4 stars, Katharine! Please contact us via piesandpints.net/contact with your suggestions on how we can better your experience. We hope to see you back :)

Old Bourbon County Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and bourbon bar located in Lexington, KY. Enjoy exquisite, artfully-crafted chef plates and a large selection of extremely rare bourbon, eclectic craft beer, a diverse wine list and craft cocktails. L
The hostess needs a little work on friendliness. The waiter we had was excellent even though the plaid shirt worn looked like it was a Goodwill reject. I think the waiters here need a better choice of professional dress. This is kind of an upscale restaurant but the dress code doesn't reflect it. The reason I can't give this restaurant an Excellent rating is that I don't like to eat in the dark. Why not turn on the lights? Fine dining restaurants don't dim the lights. We love the food here and keep coming back. The short rib tacos were very good and the stack salad was super!

We've been to Carson's on several occasions and never been disappointed. It is pricey but the quality of food makes it more than worth it, and I guarantee you will not leave hungry. Chances are good you'll leave with a carryout container because you won't want to waste a bite. The menu offers an inventive variety of dishes that are anything but ordinary and always flavorful. Don't worry if someone in your party is not adventurous, there are plenty of options for everyone. The service also has been consistently excellent. This is a good spot for a special date, celebrating an anniversary, or even a good spot for business lunch. Highly recommended.
