We are a family owned and operated restaurant/pub in Pleasant Valley just South of LeClaire, IA. We have the best burgers in town and boast 16 unique beers on tap which includes MicroBrews from some of the local breweries. Outdoor seating in the Summer an
I am doing a tour of the US, visiting the oldest bar in each State. I stopped in here and had their 1/2 rack ribs, FF , a large bowl of mac & cheese and Pop. The mac & cheese was a different style, but still good. Cost of meal 17.5. The way I came in, I did not see much around it but a antique shop. Locals were there and came in also. There is a upstairs that was converted into a hall. Everything was good.

We are located one block East of Highway 67 (toward river from the Highway). Dine inside our casual restaurant or outside on the second level overlooking the mighty Mississippi River. Enjoy our Sunday Bloody Mary Bar with peel 'n eat jumbo shrimp, extreme
I was on a week long drive around Iowa and happened upon Go Fish. I had a beer on the deck and, as the restaurant had just opened and was not crowded, enjoyed a chat with Chris the owner. She was very nice and the place has a great view of the Mississippi. Don't know if I will ever be back in the area but would stop by if I am. Thank You.Thank you so much Bruce. I enjoyed talking with you! Kris
We stopped after going by the Pickers place before heading onto Branson. We are from Near Green Bay WI. We had so much fun, we had to come back the same way so we could party there again. Would go back there again and will for the Tugfest next year. The only drawback is that no one outside of WI knows how to make an Old Fashion. Chubs and Mary

Great dining option on the Mississippi River with a great view. Very creative appetizers and burgers. Nice selection of craft beers puts them a step ahead of many others. Give Tuggers a try, You will not be disappointed .
We always enjoy our visits. The staff is excellent and the drinks at even better. Atmosphere is relaxing for any size group.

Actually this is a nice spot with a patio on the river but it seems little by little they are becoming less authentic. Never mind the diminishing beer selection now with no Austrian beers but the Wiener Schnitzel now is smothered in gravy and the Schweineflügel is smothered in barbecue sauce. Still one of the nicer spots on the river if they would just get less creative with the "German/Austrian" dishes.Thank you, TAuser-09192018, for your feedback. The customer's experience is important to us and we will share your review with our kitchen team.
