Excellent food, incomparable setting, on the water almost under the Tappan Zee bridge. The sun sets over the New Jersey hills. The mussels in a sweet then hot sauce are to die for. Sliced steak excellent. Bread pudding comes with a full ball of ice cream. Enjoyable experience.

We stopped in for a casual dinner. The food was good and many of the customers seem to be locals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. That said, on a Saturday night the taps were not working so they had to stick to bottled beer, although our server made good recommendations on beers to try. If youâre looking for a casual, friendly place this is a good choice.

The seating is a little tight but the food at Little Bâs is incredible. My burger was cooked to perfection and the sweet potato fries were probably the best Iâve ever had, period. Great wine and beer selection as well.

Pete's has a varied menu. We started with corn fritters which were wonderful! They filling was full of creamy corn and the outside was crunchy. I had a salad with a burger on it. There were lots of good greens-no iceberg to be found.and both tomatoes and strawberries. My husband had a rib-eye steak and fries. They were both exactly as requested , the steak medium rare and the fries crisp. The lemon sorbet and pound cake were both delicious. The prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful and friendly without hovering. I needed help getting my scooter in and they could not have been nicer about moving furniture. We were there on a Wednesday night and there was a trivia game . It was a lot of fun and nobody knew just how badly we did, I understand there is live music some night. If you would find that annoying call before you go,

This place is different and has a lot of character. It's a classic old tavern setting that's done very, very well. We fell in love with its atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful helping us decide what to order because the menu is huge. We ended up getting a flounder sandwich and a salad. Both were freshly prepared and very good. It's a popular place and crowded, at least it is during Halloween time. Great choice!!

14 and Hudson is a lovely, although noisy, restaurant in a lovely town. I had the blueberry pancakes which were delicious and large. Not only were there blueberries in the pancakes but also surrounding them. However, for $18.00 they are very pricey. My wife had the Baja Fish Tacos which were also delicious. However, our friends said that the meals they ordered were good but lacked that extra which would have made them excellent. The service was just okay because there was only one waitress. We did very much enjoy our stroll through the town and along the water. We will be back to lovely Piermont, but we will try another restaurant.

Much ballyhooed restaurant in a lovely scenic spot, but cuisine, service and drinks below expectations. Very limited menu with exorbitant prices, small portions and very erratic service. Food was poorly prepared and over cooked. Cocktails were inconsistent and a second round was completely different in taste and appearance. Main dining area extremely noisy with irrelevant music blaring throughout. Unfortunately did not experience what I anticipated to be a memorable dining experience.

We love scallops and we love duck. Both were on the menu and both were cooked to perfection! This place was such a pleasant surprise. Compliments to the chef. Service was very nice except for the water that spilled onto my shoe by an obviously inexperienced person. I should have done him the service of telling him so that he would be more careful next time. But I was enjoying the food so much I did not bother.

My wife and I visited Sleepy Hollow for a long weekend to celebrate the Halloween festivities this year and stayed at the Doubletree in Tarrytown. The Bridge View Tavern was a place we read about on TripAdvsior prior to going and wanted to check it out for lunch on a Friday as it was a close drive. We had an awesome experience and our server Patty was a large reason why. She greeted us immediately and talked to us like old friends. We told her we were in Sleepy Hollow to see the sites, etc. and not only did she give us a map with info she also recommended several things to do in the area. We had excellent (and spicy) Bloody Maryâs and burgers for lunch and everything was fantastic â the Chorizo Burger was unique and I loved it. We then walked around town all day, went on a cemetery tour, etc. for the next 8 hours and decided to come back for drinks and snacks. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of speaking to Patty once more and learned she is actually the GM of the place. She was a joy to talk to and she and her staff are excellent. The bartenders we had were on top of everything and the Yankees were playing so it was packed. We ended up staying until close because we were having such a great time. They also have a little beer garden out back, but we didnât have a chance to see it as we wanted to watch the game. Make sure to try the pulled pork nachos. I would highly recommend this place for top shelf food, craft beers and an awesome staff!

Located at Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center, this restaurant in Westchester serves classic American cuisine with a contemporary twist. The Tarrytown restaurant also features an extensive wine list and beer selection making it the perfect place t
This former Biddle home...think spouse of a Duke (tobacco not aristocracy) and now a conference Center and Inn in hilly and charming Tarrytown NY. We pull up to the manor house entrance and are escorted to the basement...dark, low ceilings, paneled and a showplace for vintage photos of men and women sports teams from the early 20th c. The food is delicious...upscale pub fare. The french onion soup is amazing...The broth is there to hold the onions in place. Sandwiches or salads...each treated with respect. A kitchen garden on the estate provides fresh veggies and herbs in season. Do explore the upstairs house and grounds before you depart. Enchanting.
