This is a typical sports bar and restaurant in one. They serve many different appetizers and dinner dishes. Food is basically good. Depending upon what you enjoy. Our waitress explained all the dishes very well and could answer questions about food choices. They have a lot of various cocktails that are extremely addicting. Martinis of various types are a favorite of our group.

This is a neighborhood corner bar which is also a good family restaurant. We were greeted (and treated) like we were long-time friends. Quickly served large portions of made-from-scratch comfort food. Fresh roasted turkey. Lumpy mashed potatoes. (Yeah!) They have low-priced specials every night. We sat in the bar area, but there is a dining room out back. Gotta go back to sample other menu items.

Downtown sports bar with ample seating and great eats. Have been here often but last night was particularly good - The Cuban sandwich was perfection and the chicken quesadillas put area Mexican restaurants to shame. Great portions and everything is homemade. Go earlier in the evening and enjoy - later is more bar scene. Our waitress deserves kudos for being the only one on and still managing all the tables with ease and a smile.

Fenimoreâs, your neighborhood pub, provides a gastro-pub-style menu in a casual environment. Located at the corner of Ridge and Maple Street, in The Queensbury Hotel, Fenimoreâs offers 180 degree views of downtown Glens Falls and Historic City Park. Servi
I travel a lot and I HATE hotel pubs and bars. For the most part they're just upscale fast food places. BUT NOT THIS PLACE! First of all, the Queensbury Hotel is not just some chain motel on a strip. It's the anchor hotel of Glens Falls. Their clientele is not just made up of guest but locals as well. You can get away serving mediocre food to people who may never be passing by again but not when a large part of your customers are local. In any event, this place is just what you want in a pub: cosy, great service, and very good food. And not boring pub food, either. Interesting appetizers, pub food with a twist, salads, and a few enticing entrees. Excellent wine and beer selection, too.Hello Joseph S, Thank you very much for the kind words! We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We also appreciate you mentioning our cozy atmosphere, great service, and very good food! Our associates really dedicate themselves to providing an excellent experience, and it is very nice when they are recognized for doing so. We hope to see you back soon! Cheers! The "Q"

Quality German & American style cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere with award winning desserts.
We originally planned to visit here back in February but were thwarted by a freakish 'Noreaster storm. This visit was on Friday 5/24/19 6:00pm. There were four of us. We were promptly seat in the small but comfortable dining room. The waitress told us the special - German meatballs stuffed w/ red cabbage, took our drink orders, offered an undecided drinker the choice of a flight of beer samples, and took our dinner orders at this time. The waitress returned and stated "We're out of the meatball special" What? Out of a special by 6pm on a Friday? Was it also the lunch special? Maybe all the gray hairs ordered it at 4pm. Odd, but not a deal breaker. Meals were jager schnitzel, veal alma, chicken marsala, a club sandwich for the unadventurous one, and potato pancakes. Also desserts: creme puffs. All came as described and hot to the table. Authentic German preparation & taste. Very good value. Side note the wursts are from Schaller & Weber NYC which just might be the best nationally. Good beer & wine choices. also there is an outdoor biergarten that we will visit during the summer & Oktoberfest. This is a true gem (since 1972) as there are hardly any authentic German restaurant remaining in Upstate, NY. Conveniently located only five minutes off the Northway (I-87) exit 19 and only 15 minutes south of Lake George, NY. Hours: Sun-Thu 11:00am-8:00pm, Fri & Sat 11:00am-9:00pm A good first visit experience here. I'm sorry we did get the sever's name but she was very friendly and experienced. So until the next time we say "Wunderbar und Danke dir".Danke!!!

My wife and I stopped for a quick bite to eat with a couple cocktails. This wasn't our first time there, but the menu wasn't what we thought we remembered. The menu consists of burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and wings. Not much to choose from. And the service wasn't all that great either. Very slow and it wasn't that busy either.

Visited with a group of friends last month. We all agreed the meals were delicious and the portions were more than enough! The restaurant was actually a blacksmith's shop in the 1800 and has many artifacts on display from the original blacksmith. The interior is definitely from the period. The service is friendly and responsive. I had the Anvil Sandwich, consisting of hot sliced Prime Rib with horseradish onions and lettuce served on a hard roll...delicious. We all liked our first visit so much we reserved it for this month. No one was disappointed, . We decided to meet there regularly each month. Be sure to visit the Ft. Edward House from the same period. Oh yes, I forgot, it is listed in the upstate NY area as haunted...still looking haven' t seen any signs yet! Enjoy.

Never a disappointment! Wait staff on their game, asking if I was heading to the show at the Wood Theater assuring I would be out on time. I appreciated her asking, drink refilled quickly, check with plenty of time to get to show but in no way feeling rushed. As always the wood fired pizza a favorite was delicious! No variety by this girl and t with spinach, mushroom, and some ricotta! Can't wait for mojito season. They make the best in Glens Falls!

Stopped in here for a quick lunch with a co-worker and it was exactly what I thought it would be.....a pub that serves food. I have to say they are not stingy with the portions. I ordered a chef salad and it was more chef than salad. Unfortunately, I left most of the cheese and meat on the plate. My co-worker enjoyed her hamburger and sweet potato fries. Service was very friendly and we'd definitely go back.

Wonderful place, friendly, knowledgeable staff who will give you a taste if you're not sure. I had a Golden Ale, very good. We both had fish dinners also excellent. Produced quickly by a cheerful wait staff, not excessively priced and they have an outside seating area as well as a cozy bar. They're right next to an ice cream parlour but we were too full to go in.A good selection of beers.
