After a full day at the races we stopped in at Silks for Dinner. Great service & the food was GOOD. It's located inside the casino so it's really convenient. I highly recommend the french onion soup! My fiance' had a burger which was HUGE. No complaints! Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is top-notch! The atmosphere is extremely inviting. Beautiful place. The first time we went, we had the oysters...absolutely delicious. The wine choices are extensive and quite excellent. We then went upstairs and listened to great music by the Typsy Gypsy. We enjoyed it So much we went back the next night for a Hours in Filet, wonderfully cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious! The service was superior from the entire staff beginning with the valet and continuing throughout the entire visit. A great experience!

Dark, Dingy, Expensive, tasteless. I hate it when the server says "Sure" when you ask if you can sub a veg for the baked potato, without saying there is an Upcharge. Who charges more for a few green beans instead of baked potato? I've just paid $30 for the steak and there were no bread or crackers offered either. Oh, and she didn't say the "loaded" baked potato was a dollar more too when she asked if we wanted that. Won't go back.

My family and I just picked this place at random, not reading reviews or anything like that - we were just hungry. I was a little worried when we entered at lunchtime on a Saturday, and there were very few customers. When I see that, I worry that I piced the wrong place. Well it wasn't true in this case! We enjoyed the food and the service. Our server. Kaylie, was patient with us when we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. As it turned out, some of us had burgers, and others ordered salads. And we were all happy with our choices. They also have a few Irish-inspired dishes, and daily specials. There are TVs for sports - I saw a soccer game on one, and horse races on another. I love the little Irish sayings on the wall. Maybe this place is busier at night, but those who passed it for lunch missed out!

I can't rate the quality of food on this one, because we didn't stay long enough to try it. We found the menu small and highly priced. A 14" pizza ran to the tune of $26 and that was just ridiculous to us. (We come from Chicago, and we'll pay for a good pizza, but that was really out of line for the size/options.) I had thought to get something else instead, but the menu offered only two sandwiches - and they ran $11 a pop. Ham and cheese for $11 was too rich for my blood. (When I had home made ham and cheese, literally, still in my cooler from the morning hike.) A larger menu, with some lower cost options would be welcome. The place looked really cool from the outside, and during nice weather, the outdoor seating I bet is fantastic. But I was there for the food- not the ambiance, and the cost proved to be too much for what they offered.

I can't say anything about the beer or food. We stopped specifically for the root beer and we were sooooooo glad we did. Not only was this the homemade root beer we were hoping for the staff is great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would give 5 stars if we had had anything else, but based on one item that doesn't seem fair. Next visit we WILL stop for lunch! We are so glad you stopped for a root beer and that we will get to wow you with even more on your next visit! Thanks for letting us know about your experience!

First time here for lunch and ordered tacos with a margarita. Both were excellent, great service and atmosphere a few blocks from busy downtown. Margarita was wonderful with a red spice salty rim but $10. Will return.
