Wir waren mittlerweile 3 x hier, so dass ich mir auch eine Meinung machen kann.Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist also gegeben.Das Personal ist arrogant, reserviert, fast schon unfreundlich. Beim letzten Mal, habe ich telefonisch einen Tisch reserviert, da wurde so ins Telefon geblafft, dass ich am liebsten aufgelegt hätte. Das geht mal gar nicht....Nun zum Essen: Im GroÃen und Ganzen ist es ok, aber die Steaks sind leider qualitativ nicht wirklich gut. Oft zäh und auch mengenmäÃig eher wenig.Sehr lecker sind die Pommes, aber wenn ich gute Pommes will, dann kann ich auch zu Smith gehen. Ebenso ist das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht ok.Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Went there on the opening day. Nice spot, but the stools are quite uncomfortable.The Burgers are good for a german one. But don't expect too much. Every "five guys" do it better. Anyway, service was little on a rush. Overall better then average.

I was at the end of a great bike ride and ready for a cup of coffee at this road stop. The stop was half filled, so lots of space to choose a seat. Just the service - it was not available. We waited for 15 min to catch a waiter, no one took any notice. So I decided to go to a waiter an tell that we wanted to order and was told that someone will come to the table. After further 10 min of waiting to order we left. I will never stop at this dump again. Terrible!

The evening I was there both buffet and a la carte were available. The buffet looked boring (I hate buffets in general) and I went for the a la carte. I good a nice starter and a beef for maincouse. Hooest decent food - nothing to complain about at all. The even had 4 different german red wines on the winelist - nice to see. And all 4 was from good producers!

Als mehrfache Wiederholungstäter sind meine Frau und ich heute mal wieder ins Ercosman gegangen. Und immer wieder sind wir begeistert von der Küche.
