This restaurant has just changed owners and Dan has made many many improvements in both the decor and the menu. These improvements are ongoing so every time you go there you should notice some new and great changes. The food is outstanding with many new offerings as well as some of the old favorites. We had the fish and chips and the roast beef. Both were super although I must say the portions are very large! I had a cup of the daily soup which was for sure home made. The service was great even though they were down one staff member that evening. It was great to see the owner Dan right in there helping with the service. They have a decent selection of wines and..... they now offer a selection of great craft beers from the Triple Dog Brewery (which is across the street ).They are open for lunch weekdays and dinners everyday but Sunday. We have not had their lunch but have heard their hamburgers are wonderful All in all this is a place you must try when next in Havre
Best beer in town ---- the special cooler for the 16 oz. aluminum cans of several brands. Very good micro brews also. Serve hamburgers and Rocky Mountain hot dogs, as well as fries.... great great place.

We ate in the area they call downstairs, but in reality this section is the restaurant and the upstairs which is just up an inclined hall is the bar. Anyway, we were seated right at five and the waitress was pretty prompt about taking our order. She brought our salads and bread in a timely manner. Thirty five minutes later she came and said our order should be up in a few minutes. She said they got backed up. Really, we were the first ones in the downstairs restaurant and if they cook for both the upstairs and the downstairs in the same kitchen they have a problem, because we checked out the upstairs bar area first and there was only two gals sitting at the bar. Not sure why it took over forty minutes to get our food, but it was pretty good when it did arrive. Also, the price for my steak was a little steep for the type and quality.

I recently ate breakfast at PJ's with several friends. There were several good choices on the menu, but the skillet breakfast intrigued me so that's what I ordered. Your coffee cup was refilled several times as it was a really busy Sunday morning so the food did take about an hour to arrive but it was very delicious and the wait staff was very friendly. I will go there again but maybe not on a Sunday morning...

Read the reviews and most were good. My husband and I ordered the two specials- chicken fried steak with baked potato and minestrone soup ($14.99)and rib eye with 5 shrimp, baked potato and potato soup (24.99). Soups and baked potato were good. Waitress said chicken fried steak was made in house and recommended it but instead Chicken fried steak was chewy and grizzly and rib eye was thin and just okay. Was disappointed in our meals. Wish we had ordered something else.

We arrived in Havre around 2:00 and were starving. The hotel recommended Murphyâs and we are glad they did. The food was outstanding and the service was terrific. The home made chips/nachos are OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend you try this very unique dish. The rest of the menu is fairly standard fair but ALL of it is very well prepared and extremely tasty. You canât go wrong!!!
