A fun & friendly place to grab a bite, a drink and catch a game. With 8 large flat screen TVs and the best sport packages, you won't miss any of the action!
We stopped here on the way back to our hotel after a day in the town of Cooperstown. We didn't want to be in the crowds anymore so this was ideal. Not too busy, good food, friendly staff.I thought it was funny that they had a bunch of baseball memorabilia, but also one giant framed basketball outfit. It seemed out of place.

I ate here each morning while visiting Cooperstown last weekend. The downtown restaurants are crowded and noisy. Plus you get an excellent view of the lake when you sit outside, which I did for all 4 meals. I enjoyed the crab benedict twice and went with eggs and the homemade corned beef hash. All were excellent. For dinner, I went with the stuffed lobster which was also very good. The only reason I did not rate this with 5 stars was for the most part the service was very good and friendly except the last morning. I was served coffee upon being seated and did not see the server again for a good 15 to 20 minutes. She apologized and admitted that she had forgotten me. I placed my order and after 30 minutes no food. I was just getting ready to leave when she brought my breakfast. Despite that episode, I will return again when I visit next year. It is a little pricey but you do have that view! Would recommend dinner reservations on the weekends.

Cooley's is conveniently located just around the block from the Hall of Fame. It is solidly good, although the beer selection is limited. My wife's burger was overcooked, but my chicken sandwich and the chili we shared were both excellent. I'd recommend, but my wife didn't care for it. YMMV.

New York BBQ is a neighborhood kind of place, cooking up BBQ good enough to make it a true destination. It was created by three regular guys who happen to be passionate about food and BBQ in particular. Together, we have over 20 years of restaurant experi
My husband and I are here with our baseball team, coaching the boys at Cooperstown. This place is the bomb! We had such an awesome time! This is definitely where you want to come for a good meal, good atmosphere and good craft beer! 1) Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park2) The food is DIVINE3) Super friendly folks here, great music and great vibe4) For parents and coaches who need a break, come here! AND for families, this is a sweet spot too because they have group seating!!

The salad was limp and the prime rib over cooked and gray. This was a special occasion, but the meal was certainly not special. Overall a disappointing and over-priced meal. Dawn, We are sorry your special occasion was not everything you could have wished it to be. Please feel free to contact me directly and I can help with a more appropriate celebration.Thank you

Right across the street from the park and you definitely pay for that convenience. Subs are around $10-12 per sub no sides what so ever. Slices are $3.50 and decent size. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Decent size menu just overpriced. Itâs OK to comment on our pricing but average food is uncalled for. Our wings are award-winning. Our hamburgers are fresh and never frozen. Our meatballs and marinara are homemade. Our authentic New York style pizza has the best cheese money can buy from Wisconsin. And our subs are made with bread from an Italian bakery on Long Island. In regards to pricing, a seasonal 100 day business sometimes has to charge a little bit more in order to make up for those days we are not open. And in New York, side dishes do not come with âHeroâ sandwiches. In most places that is. In other parts of the country, you may be used to paying six dollars for a large pizza, or six dollars for a foot-long sub, in a rat infested chain establishment where the owner is never present and the bathrooms are never clean. So to pay a premium for quality food in a pristinely clean environment is certainly warranted in our opinion. Thanks for visiting.

The Doubleday Cafe is open year round, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We offer a chalk board of specials for all three meals. With seating of about 70; we also offer a fine selection of beer, wine, and top shelf liquors. Our goals
Been here years and years ago and decided to have breakfast there again. Had a great egg, cheese sausage sandwich on a large english muffin.Fried egg was cooked just the way we like, oozy yolk, the way the server suggested if we liked it that way. And we did! My food traveling partner had the same with bacon and side of the potatoes. The potatoes were only slightly warm but ok. The coffee also was very good and they were very good about refilling your cup over and over. We also stopped in at the bar for a beer and the bartender was as friendly as could be as well as all the servers.

We thought this was aTourist restaurant . Ended up there late after a day on the lake. We live 30 minutes from Cooperstown. Knowing my wife does not cook and only searches for restaurants, we tried it and liked it. 11 of us, ALL had great cuisine. the Prime Rib was unreal... several had this, most had various dishes. Decor is so very good, a real Baseball town, but this place, someone spent some serious money on. Great looking bar, with so many beers( Baseball people ) , but great bar. Full, at about 10 PM. would go back in a heartbeat. If still beating... Enjoy

Excellent menu of craft brews and delicious food!! Staff was very attentive and were very engaging. I suggest you sit in the front room with the bar; closer to the tappers and lots of windows and light. Located just a couple of short miles southeast of downtown Cooperstown on Hwy 28. Thank you!!
