Things to do in Haiti
This is a great waterfront bar/restaurant on the boulevard in Cap Haitian. Nice cooling breezes on the upper level where you can enjoy the harbor views while enjoying traditional Haitian food. Prices are very reasonable- beers about 2 dollars. Most entrees 8-10 dollars US. The seafood is great- Conch and fresh fish as well as traditional Haitian fried pork ( griot ) and Legume. The proprietor, Gabriel is usually on site and gives great insights into Haitian food and culture. He blends his own rum formulations with local rum and spices. A don't miss spot for those seeking local food and culture.
I went there on a Saturday lunch. I ordered a great chicken satay. it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back.Thank you very much !

This place has the best chicken wings in port au prince and even better than most places in America! The service is a little slow atTimes but they play great music and I had a real fun time.

Came here with a couple friends mid-week. While having drinks we met the local owner and his brother. Great business success story for a local entrepreneur. The food is cooked fresh on a bbq. We ordered a number of appetizers including the chicken sliders. This may be the best chicken I have had anywhere in the world. I really don't have words to describe how delicious it was. The entire crowd was very friendly and we spent the evening having drinks after supper and making many new acquaintances. It was a wonderful evening, but the food was the highlight !!

Presse Cafe is an absolute gem located in the business district of Petionville. The owner Magguie Rigaud sees to it that the food, presentation, service and atmosphere are all to perfection. Great place for a business lunch or Sunday brunch and everything
Great live music on Saturday nights. their is a drink called "Banm Gwog Mwen" amixture of Prestige beer and Klerin. If you are unable to hold your liquor, stay away from that. It is a new drink for the real drinkers

A group of 7 of us who travel often in Haiti visited Boukanye for dinner on Saturday eve, the restaurant is next to the sea where you can see fisherman, boats and the waves and devoured a couple of their great pizza options! The crust was really good, and meat lovers was good also! Nice venue, with outdoor exposure on the front of the building, as well as in the centre staff were friendly and attentive! Had a great time! Place was relatively busy, but the wait was not too long! We will be back

Great food in the heart of Port-au-Prince. Kokoye's menu features authentic Haitian food as well as mouth watering pizzas, chicken wings, and much more!
Choice of continental and local dishes. Spicy Mango Wings were great. This restaurant also serves griot a local gaitian dish of what I would describe as recrues porc. No batter just absolutely delicious. Had at a number of restaurants. It was best here!

Went as a large group. Recieved discount for food at the and drink with admission to the pool area. Food was reasonable and compared to canada reasonably priced. Drinks were also good. Pool and cabana were nice during the day. Felt terrible being here in such a poor country.

My taxi driver brought me here. Great spot. Good food; quick and professional service while you admire the view. Very peaceful. They accept credit cards. The two sisters who own the place are delightful and run a clean and well managed establishment.

They had NO fresh seafood of any sort. The closest they had was the "fish filet (imported)" I give them credit for honestly describing the origin, but it turned out to be tasteless piece of frozen tilapia unimaginatively thawed and plopped on a plate. The serving of "Creole Chicken" was about 4 ounces of a very scrawny bird, about half of which was bones. The prices were quite high, too.
