Lovely clean modern restaurant. Great service by English spoken waiting staff. Great menu all written in the English language. Most of the tables have a lovely sea view. Menu choices are very good. Steaks, pasta, pizza, hamburgers etc. We sampled dishes in each of these choices and all were tasty and hot. No complaints at all. I would recommend this establishment without question.

Under new management..prices up..service down. Walked in and was noticed after 15 minutes! Went in and got menu. Eventually ordered food and drinks. Nothing came..went in to remind. Food came and manageress asked what drinks we had ordered! Bad overpriced food..shoddy service. Shame as this was the best local restaurant last year! Owner will soon see big fall in profits. Go to El Bar next door..!!

From outside in the street you feel this is a relaxing place to be , once sat down you know this is true, excellent prices various selection on drinks menu, including alcohol free cocktails for the kids they will love them, staff of a good level of customer service overall a excellent place to spend a couple of hours chilling out, would return again.

What a lovely place this is with nice decor and great food. But the attitude of the man behind the bar is terribleWe were charged â¬9 euros for one shot of grey goose vodka with no mixer in that price. And the first drink we had was Smirnoff. Still charged for two grey goose shots. Check the bar menu before you order is my tip. They are no where to be seen. It wasnât a pleasant experience. We will not be rushing back anytime soon. Popped into Guardamar to see what Platform 1 could offer us for lunch.We weren't disappointed!I had liver, bacon, onions with new pots and peas which was cooked to perfection. Lovely welcoming interior with friendly bar staff. The chef excelled himself, we will definitely be back!

We popped in for food just arrived from UK. Good home cooked food and drinks . House white was excellent and very cheep at 1 Euro a glass ! Could not fault the friendly service and lovely cooked food !Highly recommend for family.

had a lunch and a dinner here. both were lovely. the pizza is very good. make sure you try the brocolli in bread crumb with pepper sauce starter - utterly delicious. very friendly service, not massively quick, but a great holiday pace and everything is freshly made. highly recommend

Walking past we saw a couple eating waffles and thought.... yum.Delicious, really glad we stopped. Good selection of ice-cream to accompany waffle or not.Relaxed, chilled atmosphere, great for people watching, will definitely return to try the food and another waffle.

Great atmosphere and location with black and white movies playing on the old style tv in the background, old bikes for display and relaxed sofa areas. Burgers were delicious and staff were accommodating when we wanted ingredients taken out or put in! Cheesy chips were too cold and had 'squirty' cheese which wasn't our thing.Rose wine was very good. Although we don't usually eat burgers we would definitely go back here when we revisit.Top tip- They are not open every night of the week so do check opening hours .
