Ordered the Elam salad as part of a large lunch group. Our lunch was late because they donât accept orders any earlier than 11:00. I loved my salad, and the dressing was homemade, tasty, and served on the side. I heard rave reviews about the fried green tomato sandwich. The fried pickles did not translate well in a to-go order. While tasty, the breading seemed to separate from the pickle, and the presentation was a sloppy, greasy pile.

We stopped in for a late lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. There were a lot of options available. The quality of the beef was very good and the taste of the burgers good too. Nice that they had three different sizes of burgers.

Food is good. Service is friendly but unbelievably slow. Waiting 30 minutes after order to get a sandwich is just not acceptable. No drink refill either. We came a few weeks ago and had the same experience. We were hoping it was going to be different this time. Super disappointed.

Village Tavern has been my âgo toâ place for business meals but I was extremely disappointed my last visit in December. However, much better this time. I made a reservation and we were immediately seated and they took our drink order. I had the shrimp and grits which were very good. My client had a small filet mignon, broccoli, and sweet potato fries which he said was very good. Very attentive service and a pleasant experience

The weird interiors are somehow attractive and highly instagrammable, the ambience young, uncomplicated and food minded. We got the table and quickly we got served real amazing brgers, fantastic caesar some potato wedges mouthwatering and some super tender pork ribs cooked to perfection.Service was not too attentive as our waiter simply forgot a couple of things we ordered even if he promptly recovered.Something nice, in an unusual atmosphere, but food is serious and well priced,Good drink and beers plus some wine, I will return

Were in our hometown for a wedding and had an evening free. Yay! We combed our memories of our fav restaurants when we lived there and I won--Lucky 32 for me!! Unfortunately it wasn't what I remembered. We ate in the grill--, dirty silverware, it was very cold (had to get a jacket out of the car, music was blaring, service was slow, uninformed, but super kind and eager to please, the salad was wilted, and the steak tasteless. The wine was delicious!!! I have never had a mediocre meal at the Cary Lucky 32 and don't remember at less than great meal at the one in GSO. Maybe an off night? Come on GSO--you can be GREAT again!Thank you for sharing your experience with me. That is absolutely not us and I apologize you had anything less than an a amazing dinner. NOT a Mexican restaurant.....this is a serious TACO JOINT. You will not find authentic Mexican here.....only creative gourmet tacos. A FRESH experience for your tastebuds.
Went here with a larger family group (9) for late lunch. It wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. It took a little longer than expected for them to take our order, but that was just the beginning. I wanted a beer and asked for a taste of one. They never came back for me to actually order a beer, so I went without. Someone at the table asked for sweetener for her tea, but it never came. Water and tea glasses went unfilled. The tacos themselves were pretty good. Not great, but better than average and unique. Too bad the poor service spoiled the experience.NMforeThank you so much for visiting and providing valuable feedback. We will review with our team members. Obviously your experience has provided us the perfect opportunity to teach and provide guidance to our team on the behalf of our guests. Our sincerest apologies for your experience. Rhonda
