Once again a restaurant I have been wanting to try for years and a friend suggested this thinking I had been here with her before but...nope! Great steak...I got the beef ribeye. They have bison ribeye options too. Various burgers appear to be their mainstay but I am more of a beef girl...you get 2 sides. I chose roasted broccoli with parmigiana cheese and a 50/50 combo of fries and onion rings...perfection! Though I think I liked the onion rings more! The ribeye was fatty...more than I expected. I would I think go for the burger the next time. Thank you for the great review! We pride ourselves on serving great food paired with genuine hospitality and I am pleased to hear we delivered. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

On our first visit a few months back, yes we waited about 1 hour to get seated, but it was worth it. I ordered the prime rib special for Wednesday night bloody rare, and that Is what I got. Great meal for both myself and my wife. Visited last night, 8/14/19 around 4 PM, greeted and promptly seated. Our server acknowledged us immediately and shortly came over and introduced herself, and took our orders. My wife first, then me and our appetizer to share. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and answered my wife's questions. I ordered the prime rib special, bloody rare, figuring since we entered early there would be no problem with a rare cut. Wrong, what I got was a medium cooked and small cut, did not cover 1/4th of the plate. Nothing like the 1st visit entree. Plenty of steamed vegetables though that filled the plate. Now while most folks probably would of sent it back or said something, I make it a practice not to cause and issue, I just don't return. Yes I ate it with no hesitation, my option, as I said, I never cause and issue or incident, certainly did not want to bother the server, she was quite busy with other customers. When we are in Tampa we always stop at Ruth Chris Steakhouse or Stonewood Grill for prime rib at least twice the price of Jimmy's, I don't mind paying higher if I get what I order, bloody rare. My wife's entree and our appetizer were great I have to add. I don't know if there was a chef's issue, or whomever plated just did not care, but I am a paying customer who likes to get what he orders. If they did not want to give me a cut to my request, I should of been told that and I would of ordered something else, but to serve me a cut that was not rare but slightly pink only in the middle and dry is unacceptable. This establishment gets busy as the night wears on so I am confident that they could care less about loosing a customer, but I have the final say on where I spend my $$$ on. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean interior and exterior, I did observe as customers left, the tables were bused quickly and reset up again. As we departed, we were thanked by the hostess, a nice touch often missing these days. I hope the new Ruth Chris restaurant opening in Worcester follows their chain in Boston and Tampa, as I like my steak cooked the way I order it.

I had a lunch special cheese burger w/fries. Cost only $5.99..It was done perfect, pink in the middle, w/the mayo & pickles on the side. They have the best french fries that I have ever tasted..just like home made...the flavor is very good..Good service also. My family celebrated my husband's BD in Hunters Grille last month..We sat on the bar side that time. Food & service was perfect. The owner was also the bartender that time and he was very friendly, w/out being a pest. Perfect atmosphere for great lunches.

We haven't had good seafood in a long time, found this place while driving thanks to tripadvisor! I had a seafood salad roll with some onion chips, fantastic. My husband got his usual when we're in MA, fried clams, he was very happy! An out of the way place we wouldn't have found without tripadvisor and waze! And did I mention, beer glasses were chilled!

They have something for everyone. Pretzels and the dipping sauces are my fav. They sadly got rid of my absolutely favorite menu item last fall, the french dip. They replaced it with a steak bomb that isn't exactly take its place. Fries are amazing - salads too, especially the ahi tuna one!! Staff is friendly for sure!

My spouse and I have started to regularly go to John Henry's for lunch on Saturdays for the past few months and enjoy this place tremendously. We sit in the lounge and mingle with the golfers and other customers. Can't watch a college football game without chicken wings. A must try are the inferno flavored version. Yikes! The "Big Tony's" Italian sub is very delish, and also the corned beef Reuben. I have yet to send back a meal (which I have done at other places I have eaten). It will be sad when they close for the winter which will be end of November. The tavern is nice and relaxing with the large windows to view parts of the course.

We made reservations for 7 adults 4 days prior but they had lost the reservation, but they we very proactive and seated us without much delay. We ordered lots of apps: Calamari , Mussels, Veggie poutine, Beer brats. Minor complaint: it took a long while from ordering the food till we got it, but was celebrating with family I hadnât seen in a while so we have fun. Entrees included the Monkfish and steak frites and a shrimp pasta (Cannot remember the name) all were excellent. Service was pleasant but I would have expected a little more attentiveness. This and the wait for food are why I made it a 4 vs 5)

It's a townie restaurant that serves warm food, service is OK, prices are reasonable, nothing special, many other options in the area for eating better food, they squeeze a band in on weekends but it's not well setup for that

We've been here several times in the past 6 months and notice the quality of lunch food has declined while the prices have stayed high. So much more was expected and hoped for at this location. Service is average but the noise level, even when half full is not good. Booze is very pricey and they always push the top shelf. Hi Lydia, I think you have the wrong restaurant. All of the things you have mentioned in your review are not true. We have installed noise panels about 1 and 1/2 years ago. We have since had great reviews about noise levels. ( especially during lunch). We also donât push top shelf We have many drinks that are priced inline with our competitors same goes for our food prices. We are priced inline with restaurants with similar concepts we are a scratch kitchen so costs are higher therefore we need to price appropriately. Please take a look at the restaurant name as I feel you are reviewing the wrong establishment. Thx

Red Rock Grill looks like a rustic transplant from the wild west, but the food is very good modern American, at reasonable prices. The menu has a wide variety of choices, including some spicy Asian fusion dishes as well as comfort foods and traditional breakfasts. Several fish choices and very good black bean burgers complement the barbecued and grilled meats. Eat outdoors on the patio, or inside. Be prepared to wait as Red Rock is very popular. We ate tasty, filling lunches for an average of $11 per person, without alcohol.
