Came across it during an evening stroll and suddenly developed a craving for burgers. Really nice setting at the outdoor tables. Burgers were delicious. Buns were fresh baked and standouts on their own, plus the available combinations were so enticing that it was difficult to decide. On both visits everybody loved their selections and the helpfulness of everyone working there. We liked it so much we returned another night before leaving Girona.

In the incomparable setting of Plaza Independencia you will find König 2. In the very heart of the city. This is a place that cant be called one of the classics of Girona. With a large terrace where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city. The menu offer

Came across this little gem whilst wandering around the old town. Looked quirky and inviting and it was lovely to sit by the open window and watch the fish in the river. I struggle with gluten intolerance, so finding food I can eat can be difficult. Although there was no gluten free bread, the accommodating manager cooked something delicious to eat - which was a sandwich filling but without bread! ( he did have a gluten free orange cake but I was too full to eat a piece!) Had a peaceful and pleasant lunch in wonderful surroundings. Well worth a visit and reasonably priced.

Nice place in the center town, big terrace, long list of Belgium and local beer, homemade tapas, savory crepe, fresh fish and the best homemade beefburger in twon. Fresh juices and the most important thing "An Interactive Place"
Sat here waiting for Eat,sleep cycle to open and was recommended to try a glass of their homemade beer which was very tasty but strong. Instead of nibbles with drinks you receive a bowl of very sweet tomatoes which added to quant almost hippie feel. Although didnt eat food looked good

On our last night in Spain, we were looking for a light dinner and came upon Context. We chose to sit inside as we do not like to be around smokers, and inside dining does not allow it. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, beginning with the best Sangria! (will they share the recipe?). As we wanted some traditional food, my husband started with gazpacho, which was creatively presented and delicious, consistent with other gazpachos we had eaten. We also enjoyed an order of the tomato bread. We each ordered a different salad, and they were perfect! My husband's included warm goat cheese and crispy ham. Both salads were a generous portion, and delicious. This is indeed a quirky restaurant in décor, but deserves a solid recommendation. Thank you for ending our trip to Spain on a very high note!Thank you so much for your friendly review, we are very glad that you enjoyed our drinks and food!

We were recommended this restaurant by the owner if our accommodation - and it didnât disappoint - situated in a lovely lively but not overcrowded or nastily touristy at all; very characterful area of girona , with nearby meandering medieval alleyways full of bars and restaurants - amazing array of gorgeous tapas at the bar (2⬠each) and great selection of bigger portioned ones on the menu too - We had patron peppers ( to die for !!) and baked aubergine- ok but a bit pasty , fried baby octopus ( divine ), chorizo - succulent and tasty and prawns a a nice bottle of white wine too - nice service and beautiful side street location - love the fact that all groups are out at 8 eating , couples , families incl really young children who eat the most advanced food then jump into their Pram when they get a bit tired !! Perfect for everyone - 60⬠for 3 of us and the food was divine

Located close to BasÃlica de Sant Feliu is this lovely restaurant/bar where I got lunch while wandering around the old town. The restaurant has menus in both English and Spanish. Much of the menu is tapas style food and reasonably extensive, such that there were several dishes that I could've ordered. The prices were so reasonable especially when compared to the prices the streets closer to the basilica.I went for the stuffed olives, Spanish omelette and coffee. The Spanish olives actually came with bruschetta drizzled with tomato and olive oil, and it was delicious. Actually everything was delicious and the service was fantastic.
