I love wings and was super excited when this place opened up. Went here a few times, but wings are just MEH. Plenty of choices for beer and large seating area available. It's ok to hang out in groups, but I wish wings tasted better.

I placed an order for delivery to my friend's apartment through the Fumo website. The delivery was scheduled for 7:45pm. At around 5:30pm, our food was delivered. My friend called the restaurant to explain that the dinner arrived over 2 hours before it should have and we did not want it yet. However, he was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. The delivery driver waited patiently while my friend was on hold. Not being able to get through to the restaurant and not knowing what else to do, my friend took the food, tipped the driver and sent him on his way, and was going to try calling the restaurant back. Shortly after the initial call got disconnected, a woman from the restaurant called my phone, since my number was the one on the order, and apologized for delivering the food so early. She said that they would remake our food at the appropriate time and deliver it at 7:45. At around 7:55pm, our new food had not been delivered, so I called the restaurant. The man I spoke with said that we should have refused the food that was delivered at 5:30. We explained that we tried to, but was unable to speak to anyone at the restaurant after being placed on hold for 10 minutes. At first, the man refused to provide us new food at the time that we asked for the food. His excuse was that he has a business to run and we should have refused the food at 5:30. That's a horrible excuse. We tried to refuse the food and running a business means providing the services promised. He was very rude and accusatory the entire call. Eventually, after arguing for a few minutes, he incredibly sarcastically agreed to remake and redeliver the food so that it was "piping hot." The whole experience was bad. The man we spoke to should have apologized and remade the food. I emailed the restaurant about this experience, but I never heard back. I do want to add that delivery drivers were both very nice. The first delivery driver was particularly patient as we tried unsuccessfully to contact the restaurant.

We stopped n this afternoon for some cocktails and finger food. We had just finished moving my daughter and her fiancée to the area. We really enjoyed the "bar bites"---we had the mozzarella sticks, meatballs, chicken fingers, wings, and potato skins. All were excellent! The margaritas were made with freshly squeezed lime juice. Prices were reasonable and the bartender was charming and very hardworking! We had a great experience there, and definitely want to return!

Red Rooster Harlem

Our last night in NYC led us to Red Rooster in Harlem, designed by a well known chef, that lived up to the hype! It was a noisy, crowded spot with a combination of locals and tourists who wanted to taste the latest and greatest. We started with cocktails that we enjoyed as we looked over all the tasty-sounding menu choices. We ordered jerk chicken, branzino and I opted for a burger—one of the best ever! It had bacon, sautéed onions and a mustard sauce that smothered a perfectly cooked patty in a bun that held all the juicy goodness. The fries were crisp and fried to salty perfection. The branzino was served whole over a bed of beans and veggies and the jerk chicken had a heat that complemented a juicy preparation. We shared a spiced dessert donut w/ice cream to top off a great meal with service that was vigilant without being overbearing. Quite a hot spot with food that matched the vibe!Hello! You had us at hot spot!!! We love that!We are truly flattered that you spent your last evening in NYC at Red Rooster Harlem, and we are thrilled to learn that we did not disappoint! Thank you so much for painting such a beautiful picture of some of our signature dishes. Your descriptive words really made our day! Wishing you safe travels! Please do join us again the next time you are in NYC.All the best,The Red Rooster Team

This restaurant sits adjacent to the Fort Lee exit of the GW Bridge; not only does the name mimic the bridge so do some dishes (e.g., "Bridgeman Burger"). Spacious and many seats are available on the lower and upper levels, with a stand bar and sports friendly atmosphere on the lower, Hudson Terrace level. Food is generally "American" but these include traditionally Italian dishes as well. Soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches are always tasty, reliable; the pasta dishes are better than many other places. In particular, the spaghetti with meatball (singular) is very good; the meatball is tasty and the spaghetti is served with ample sauce so that the taste of the red sauce always drives each bite. Plentiful but not excessive. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

We went up to Harlem to see Alexander Hamilton’s house. I knew there were some good place to eat in Harlem but didn’t think there were any near we were. I was surprised. We decided on The Grange because it looked pretty cool. Well the food was great as was the service and the place looks really nice inside too. It’s also pretty convenient if you are going to City College of New York which is also near by. If you are up in that area, check this place out. You won’t be sorry.
