Our first night in Ennis, luckedinto the beginning of the local music festival. Cruises was perfect for dinner, cozy little bar with multiple rooms,No problem getting a group table in earshot of the musicians. Soup, mussels, beef stew were all excellent and the 3 shared desserts top notch. Loved our cheeky server.

We had previously had a fabulous steak dinner in Fanny O'Dea's a few months ago and finally got to go back today. The food is so tasty, this time I had Hawaiian chicken which was every bit as good as the steak I had previously.Today was just crazy busy and we were lucky to get a table. We waited quite a while for our food but it was worth the wait. The staff are lovely but it's a pity that management don't organise a system for people queueing(just take the name and number of people). We were there for quite a while and there was a constant stream of people waiting, which is great to see and everyone willing to wait. All in all though, we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere on both occasions. Many Thanks for your review and yes thankfully Sundays are crazy, we usually have a queuing system but on that particular day we were down 2 staff members. So were behind a little but thanks again for the recommendation and feed back.F

I have frequented YOLO twice within the last four years and enjoy the food a little bit more each time. The prices are very reasonable, the lamb dishes are spectacular, and the ambiance exudes relaxation. Ennis remains such a fine old town and its eateries, places like YOLO, encourage repeat customers to pop in and spend a few quid on an unforgettable experience.

We went with family on an unusually quiet evening and had a great meal. The staff, as usual, were very friendly with a great sense of humour and so helpful. My wife is dairy intolerant and they took the care to alter dishes, where possible, so that she was able to have a good choice of dishes. The food was excellent, and the portions were large, big enough for the biggest of appetites. As well as the standard menu there were four or five specials on offer. We didnât try the sweet course as we were all full. It was a great night out with special family.

Situated on a quiet street just off the main trail through Ennis, McHugh's is a hidden gem of locally produced food and locally brewed beer.
visited here with three tempremental fussy children and one fussy husband, have to say the service was amazing from the moment lorraine met us, swiftly seated and the kids were actually spoken to. Menu was well thought out, definitely had difficulty choosing. Really enjoyed our evening here, the staff were amazing, food was fabulous and value for money, I would defiantly recommend for anyone visiting the area. 5 stars for sure.

In the heart of the bustling town of Ennis, Knox's is an enduringly popular local pub and bistro with an engaging and convivial atmosphere, establishing it as one of the most popular venues for nightlife and entertainment. Exposed stone and brickwork and
Bar and bar food downstairs evening restaurant upstairs.Started in the but an extremely noisy group using foul language shortened our stay.Really surprised that bar staff did not ask them to tone it down given the expletive content. We returned later to the restaurant and had a superb meal as expected.Always good and be back again soon.

Husband and I came here slightly hungover wandering the streets of ennis looking for an all day breakfast. We most certainly came to the right spot. It was great. Such a charming place and the staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I even watched how they interacted with each other and other customers. Very polite and professional. Will be back

Dined on a busy Saturday night and was fortunate to sit next to a great local couple who we talked to all through dinner. Ribs were great as recommended to us by our new local friends. Pub is lively and busy but staff comes by regularly and makes sure you have enough to drink and eat. Enjoyed our dinner.

This is a very traditional Irish pub, complete with dark wood fittings and furniture. Itâs also a very popular and very noisy place, absolutely packed when we visited on a Friday evening. Fortunately we got there early and got the last available table. Staff were really friendly though and did not try to rush us. We ordered from the Daily Specials menu and the food was actually really good, better than I was expecting.
